These are very pretty! I’ve tried my hand in candlemaking about three years ago and it was a disaster! I couldn’t get the wicks right/ centered in the vessels and some did not stay lit after I let them sit for a week. So I gave up on it😔 I’d really like to try it again but I’m afraid of wasting money on supplies and not having them turn out. I recently purchased some candles from a local vendor and everyone of them tunneled leaving a thick wall of wax all the way around. Does this happen because the wick size is wrong for that particular vessel?
Hi Sherry! You should try again! I have some great tutorials that will help you be successful! Yes, tunneling is due to the wick being too small. Or the candle gets extinguished before it has a chance to burn all the way to the edges of the glass.
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany that is what I researched as well. Pretty bummed because now the only way to melt all the wax would be a hot plate for candles. I will definitely look into your videos, your very inspiring ❤️
I have been wanting to try making candles for a long time. Your video makes it seems less frightening. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

every pretty but will the mushrooming be a problem later on in the burning process ?

Can you use pillar of bliss wax for candles? Love your tutorials!
Hi, thank you. Pillar of bliss wax should not be used in containers. It is made for molds and pillar type candles.
❤
Do you have a video on how to do the math of wax and fragrance
I do have an older video on how to calculate this. I should make an updated one!
