@@maaax1173 I don't think they'll make it a DLC. They kinda have to overhault the graphics but they might also not. These ray tracing feature's probably require DX12 or Vulkan. The current game still uses DX 10 and 11. They probably will not remove those for backwards compatibility sake. Things like MSAA will not work anymore they have to use some form of TAA in the future. (Possibly DLSS, FSR 2.2 or XeSS to)

I always hated screen space effects that move with you moving the camera. Witcher 3 was such a pretty game when it came out, but two things made it ugly...screen space reflections and Ambient Occlusion, which created kind of a black aura/halo around characters and when you stand infront of water it gives you this transparent halo effect. I rather have no realistic looking reflections that don´t update with the environment than screen space reflections aswell as flat lighting instead of that Ambient Occlusion technique. All of this has been fixed with the Raytracing Update on Witcher...but now my 3080 12 GB can´t even provide stable 60 FPS. Such a shame that Raytracing is so hard on the hardware.
yeah that sorta stuff are all teething issues with RT, Cyberpunk had it as well and only relatively recently addressed it making it react faster as it should
I have the game on both the PC and PS5. The PS5 doesn't even come close to the PC. I know the PS5 looks better from these clips but in my opinion I'd take the PC any day. I recommend trying the two and deciding for yourself

I have both verisons, and honestly, it's not even close how much better it looks pn PC despite there being no ray tracing. You can keep turning up the PC settings until it brings just about any GPU to its knees and although consoles are much better than they use to be they still are about as powerful as an entry level GPU from last gen.

PC looks better without mods. The console verison isn't using the highest setting textures among other things. It definitely doesn't look bad on consoles but it's still better on pc.

Anti-Aliasing is actually still pretty bad, TAA makes the game lose a lot of detail, specially in distance, MSAA at 2X + 1.5X resolution scale is still better, check that on DF, it isn't using max settings either, the game still uses shadows on high, draw distance is pretty low, there's a lot of pop-in and tesselation is still on high. The only benefits of this version is that shadows no longer render in low quality at three meters from you and that it has RayTraced shadows (only the static ones) and RayTraced reflections (only available on Fidelity Mode at Dynamic 4K around ~1768p at 30FPS). You haven't played the PC version at all.

RayTracing en los modos rendimiento solamente se aplica a sombras estáticas, por lo que es medio inútil, 60FPS puedes conseguirlos en cualquier PC, yo consigo 72FPS a 144Hz con MSAA a 2X y la escala de resolución a 1.5X combinada con los ajustes maximizados y los mods de NVE pueden hacer que el juego se vea increíblemente mejor con texturas de mayor calidad y mejor iluminación, tu argumento se fue a carajo xD.
Mucho mejor la versión de ps5 contra pc ultra.mejor sombreado, sin dientes de sierra en lejanía,mejores reflejos,efectos de armas y colisiones en vehículos, iluminaciones leds, además del dual sense. Muy bueno
Reflections are only in Fidelity Mode, so 30 fps. RT shadows run in Performance Mode at 4K 60 (upscaled from 1440p I believe). This is why it’s such a shame it’s not on PC. The reflections are excellent and look great. But you only get 30 fps. Hopefully people stop complaining about upgrades on console games so we can get another upgrade for the PS6 to give us the ultimate version of GTA 5. Prob not though given all the hate they get these days about GTA 5.

apparently they are functional but for some reason they get replaced with cubemap reflections whenever you enter the car

Just compare two frames at 6:33, the quality of the sidewalk and the star on the sidewalk is much better on PC. You don't have to look any further.
