Rooster Teeth heist: Sloppy, poorly executed, they basically got it because no one bothered to stop them.
Achievement Hunter heist: No one even saw them do it.
That's because the RT crew was too busy focusing on aesthetics then performance.
You'll never see it coming!

RT 6 minutes to take a microwave
AH 2 minutes to take an entire desk
with the speed and precision of a well trained crew that has been doing this for years. We are not talking about rank amateurs here, we are talking tip top class pros.
Not just a desk. They took his whole damn office
It's cause they've been practicing for all these years in GTA. RT had no chance against these highly trained pros
Also helps when AH had to take apart and reassemble desks multiple times. I'm willing to bet that with the extra 4 minutes and if no one locked their offices they could've taken the entire bungalow offices.
Hationor you have to remember they learned how to pick locks a few years ago so if they still have the set and they had like ten minutes they could have had everything
Here we actually see the efficiency of AH versus RT in heisting.
RT: Noobish, over complicated, over the top disguises, and trusted AH
AH: Quick, almost no verbal communication (their body language said it all), simple disguises, and cleared more weight in equipment than a simple microwave.
In short AH had achieved more in cash than RT's heist. They also did faster than expected.
AH also brings up the possibility of their partners using this as an opportunity to steal from them beforehand
RT was too slow, no one cared to stop them.
AH knew their time window, and no one saw them do it.

I met Lindsey at Salt Lake FanX and I asked her if the taco was the real reason they stole Chad's desk. She told me "It was the reason we picked to steal his desk"
Yeeeeah, sounds like them.
So they were planning the heist regardless and just put chad in the crosshairs.

I love how much of a trainwreck the original heist of a single microwave was, while AH flawlessly makes off with the majority of a guy's office.
Well you gotta remember, AH are seasoned veterans of Heisting. They never stood a chance
One of the big factors of it was the fact that the RT Core fucked up their heist so badly they got like 7 minutes of extra time

Two morals to this story:
1. If workers are ignored and repressed long enough, they will rise up and take what they're owed from the bourgeoisie.
2. Never refuse a taco from Achievement Hunter.
You're close. I agree with point number one, but feel that point number two might actually be, "Never Trust the Achievement Hunters" and I think it needs to be written on a t-shirt that I'm buying.

They weren't the targets. That's a bit of narcissism in that thought of "oh we outsmarted you by locking our doors." They had lock picks. Those doors would of just been unlocked

Alo1131 or team up with an actual local bank and the local PD to give it real rep. Imagine if they actually could go all out? The boys all in suits like Payday all masked up. Ryan waltzes in and fires three in the air as he and jack start zip-tying hostages. Micheal storms the desk and hops the counter backing the tellers away from the silent alarms yelling “ALL CASH IN THE FRONT RIGHT NOW! NO DYE!” While Gav silently holds out a duffel bag. Jeremy and Trevor head to the vault immediately after stepping inside. Jeremy is the muscle carrying the mad scientist constructs Trevor’s engineering knowledge comes up with to drill through the vault door. Lindsay sits leaned against a wall a couple blocks away with a radio relaying activity on the outside. Fredo uses his pro gamer experience to pilot drones to distract and slow down police from the back of the getaway van that Geoff drives. It’d be great.

Two fantastic videos, one slow train wreck of incompetence.
From door opening to Trevor coming out with the last item (minus wall picture) 1 minute 8 seconds to rob half an office clean and place a hidden camera. This wasn't just a heist, this was a damn message to all of RT!

They managed to leave the AH office, grab everything from Chads office in stage 5 including his PC and a set of draws (except a painting) then return to the AH office in exactly 2:35 seconds. Wow, also thats just the time stamps on the video i did notic some cuts but it definitely happened in less than 5 minutes and that is how long you have when robbing a bank so.... Well done Fake AH Crew.
