I worked at an Arby's, everyone somehow called off from 2-close (11) and it was just me and the manger, but dude, he jammed out in the back with us, joked around (definitely against company policy with some other things) but through those 9 hours and dinner rush, me and him had it locked down, even when cars (somehow, who waits for Arby's) were wrapped around the place, he took every order in the line and drive-thru as I shot meat sandwiches out the kitchen as fast as that meat slicer could go. What should have been a grueling and horrible 9 hours was alleviated just because he connect with his employees. I'd honestly do anything that man asked me to do at work because he was a boss you worked with, not for.

I love how relaxed rooster teeth has always been. Bosses are chill as fuck and will even join in on the pranks, allowed to get drunk as hell (as shown by achievement hunter), etc. It's awesome.
Side note:
