And the ssn or EIN can be interchanged. Now a CPN is legal, it’s only illegal if you commit any type of fraud as it’s illegal to commit any type of fraud with any identifiable number. You’ll have to look at your tax classification. What did you opt the LLC to be taxed as, if no election was made it’s most likely a sole prop or partnerships…as I believe those are the default unless you make a specific election to be treated as a c-corp which can later be changed to a s-corp to avoid double taxation. But you can look it up via the IRS or just contact them to ask. Hope this helped

Don't mess with sole prop, just pay the $100 and get your LLC. I got an aged sole prop I can't do nothing with cuz I was thinking like you. Get the LLC don't be cheap and if you really about it stack your money a few months and get the aged LLC and everything else is easy

No you cannot use an Employer Identification Number to be an employee. And if you do actually have a private trust (private actually means foreign meaning it’s administration cannot be subject to the US) doing business directly with that trust would be a bad idea…it should always be through a subsidiary entity that the trust owns. Never have you trust as a debtor aka applying for credit puts it in a debtor space. Hope that answered you question.
