  • Multiple sources used to put this together, much of course is based on my own reflections.
    Particular mention to-
'Tunisia Travel Guide' by Mike Gerrard.
(ISBN- 979-8436986043) which was very interesting and informed much of the content.

There is wine in tunisia and it's a tradition that dates back to Carthagenians and romans it has nothing to do with tourists it's not because tourists are there so they started making wine it dates back to 2000 years ago 😅

Thanks for watching, and for the clarification. I don't disagree, perhaps I was unclear in the video.

@@MrCrosbydoesGeography hope you have a great time and discover more history other than trash and some third word inconveniences Tunisia is actually great for someone who is working from abroad since it's cheap and there is good places to stay at and hopefully they sort things out because they have everything they need

Nice video but am afraid wearing tshirts and bikinis is not a new thing and you shouldn't find any problem wearing whatever you want everywhere except mosques maybe

Fair enough, does it perhaps depend on the definition of 'new' ? How long has this been a common occurrence do you think?

@@MrCrosbydoesGeography Tunisian society became more liberal after the independence and around the bourguiba era so id say they became more open sarting from the 1950s
