    Lebanese version Molokhia Stew recipe with Vermicelli Rice - Slicing a Whole Chicken 101. For A step-by-step video on how to make Mloukhieh or Molokhia. One of the most widely popular dishes in the Middle East and North Africa. I this video i will you teach you, how to cut the chicken apart, making the Mloukhieh , how to make the perfect rice. Lastly making the essential condiments, vinegar-onion mixture and the toasted bread. Mloukhieh can be prepared out of frozen leaves which are widely used or of dried leaves. Molokhia or Mloukhieh is a soupy stew commonly served in the eastern Mediterranean area, the Levant and North Africa. The leaves are commonly known as Jew’s mallow. Molokhia is a highly nutritious ancient super-green loaded with vitamins and potent antioxidant properties. It is spelled in many various ways based on Arabic.

    Thank you for showing me how to make this. My mother Samia passed away a few years ago so now I try to make things for my father, wassim the same or better. I can make everything except this dish so I hope I can live up to the standards my parents were used to. Thank you again

    cool.👌👌👌👌.. authentic lebanese ...exactly the same process, just the serving was different with the cut lemon aside and the powdered red chillies😁🌹🌹🌹. thank u.. let me forward this video to my sister in Belarussia 😁.. while lockdown i been trying to explain many times how to cook it ....still 😂😂...       In Lebanese cuisine, we refer to it as "Mloukhieh," while in English, it's known as "jute mallow".

      MrVyctori off course by making a vegetable broth instead of the chicken broth and removing the chicken it will work perfectly
