Cut both ends of the pool noodles on a 45 degree angle, this makes them stay together a lot better, I guess because you have more surface area to attach them. Would love to see you make more candles.

I have a suggestion for the advent calendar - use a lazy Susan for the bottom round. Then it's easy to get to all the treats inside the drawers. You have several beautiful and fun ideas here I want to make right now!!!
