    Tama Po kayo Dra. Rojo nagstart po ako sumubok ng low card medyo natakot po ako kc dhil pumayat at lumaylay po yong mga balat ko. Sabi nga po ng nakakakita sakin baka hindi na daw po ako kumakain kya sumobra na daw po ang pagkapayat ko. Lagi po akong nakikinig sa mga lesson ninyo kya po patuloy po akong natututo ng dapat gawin. Nawa po yung fear ko sa pagkain ng mga karne. Naramdaman ko po kahit payat ako pero maslumakas po ang pakiramdam ko sa ngayon na nag start po akong maglow carb. Gusto ko pong ma achieve na hindi na ako mag maintainance ng high blood ko. Thank you so much Dra. Rojo God bless you. 🙏🙏

      Hello po Dra. Hypertensive po ako for more than a decade at may 2 maintenance ako. I started doing LCIF in 2018 and I loss weight in 2021 pero been receiving greetings that I do not look healthy. It was because andami ko pa palang Alam. After watching your videos, dun ako Naruto how to do it properly because I just got my HbAIc is 9.8% so I am seriously considering to do the DCR healing protocol. My husband is Diabetic for 20 yrs na and hypertensive for the same years. Now he has hypercholosteremia. We are planning to enroll on a masterclass with you. My husband kasi ay hesitant to do extended fasting for healing.

    this topic refer to me because, from high carb where i am chubby after doing low carb, my friends suspected that i am very sick because i was so thin. but listening to you, Dr. Rojo, i was able to recover so fast and my deseases eventually healed because of doing low carb.     I stop addicted watching of nitflex, while watching ngumangatngat ng mga high carbs😅, but now na addict na ako manood ng mga vídeos ni Dra. Rojo at sleep a good quality dina ako nag pupuyat kapanood ng mga teleseries😅and i started low carbs na. Sana gumaling na ako soon🙏🏼❤️

    First 6months ko sa pag low carb totoo Yan parang tumatanda ako pero noong nasanay na ako 8months na ako nag low carb ngaun ok na face ko,salamat doc grace..

    Tama po lahat n sinasabi nyo kuya Gibo at Doc Grace..ako po 3 weeks n nag low carb pero may nabago na po agad sakin..kahit dp po ako nag pa check s doc alam k po may nabago na sakin b4 po kc dp ako low carb every night bago ako matulog ayan n po ang nervous k kapag dumilim n po takot na ako kc po na hospital ako s high blood k nagkatroma po ako ..nag maintenance na po ako morning and evening ang inom k ng gamot .pero ng mag start po AK low carb wala n takot wala n nervous at dn po ako takot kumain ng baboy at itlog..at ngaun po ang gaan n ng pakiramdam k.parang dn po ako napapagod mag work dati po kc konte kilos pagod n ako at uhaw now po nakakalimutan kn nga po uminom at umihi kc dn ako uhawin.. thanks po s inyo..🙏

    Thank you so much po Dra and Kuya Gibo. Sobrang nakakarelate ako, same comments naririnig ko sa mga nakakakita sakin.
    I started low carb diet since Nov 2021, sobrang payat na din, pero tuloy pa din, never ako na discourage. Kahit payat, nag improve eye problem ko, maayos na din bp. I can do my daily routine actively. I learned that i just need to add more nutrient-dense food and continue workout and exercise. Thanks so much 💓 ☺️

    Maraming salamat sa programa mo po DRA Grace rojo mag one year napo ako ngayon October 20 sa low carb. 2022/2023. Mag 60 napo ako nitong January 26 2024. Wala po akong maintenance tanks God.

    Congratulations Dra Rojo Tan. Thanks God po Dra. Successful ang ginawa Kong pag lo low carb. Nag PA laboratory tests ako blood and urine.. It's perfect results na gusto ko. Last June 4 po ako nag start sa low carb diet. After 3 months nag PA laboratory. I'm very happy now. Ganon din husband ko nkalow carb n rin sya ahead lng ako ng 1 week. Clean low carb po kmi.     Gudpm. Diabetic po ako. Nung nakita kita about your testimonies na wala na kayong rice na kinakain for 3yrs.sa bahay nyo at sinabi mo na nawala na ang iyong mga sakit
    Kaya that moment nag stop na rin ako ng rice mga 2weeks pa naman ako na walang rice na kinakain. At hindi nako umiinom ng aking mga gamot sa diabetes, blood.para heart at yong para paa ko na lumaki. Doc tama po ba ang ginagawa ko. Isa pang rason ko kung bakit hindi na rin akong uminom ng mga gamot kasi ang mamahal. So, ang sa paniwala ko hindi na lang ako mag meds mag tanggal na lang ako ng rice,bread, softdrinks pati mga junkfuds. Ang kinakain ko na lang ngayon ay 2 itlog ,chicken at gulay. Pls help me kasi natatakot ako sa mga ginagawa ko ngaun baka maling mali po.

    Good am dra..isa pa akong diabetic,mula ng ipasa ng anak ko ang mga vlog mo ay nagcmula ako maglowcarb ,sobra 1month na po ako nakalowcarb at ang sugar ko ay 120..minsan 110 na hindi na po ako kumakain ng kanin at lahat ng bawal na cnasabi ninyo, pero matakaw po ako sa karne lalo na sa karneng baka..60 years old na po ako ngayon ..ang tanong ko lang po tama ba ang ginagawa ko na 3xaday ako kumakain pero walng kanin kadalasan gulay,karne,isda at itlog..ok lang po ba yon kung marami aq kumain?..65 dati ang timbang q at ngayon ay 61 na lang thanks po sa kasagutan

    Four yrs na akong nag lowcarb I am now 68 yrs old. From 73 kls now I am 58 kls,. Hindi ko pa na achieve ang ideal weight ko. but I know moabot ko rin, Mayroon din akong hypertension pero di ko ramdam ang pagiging hypertensive kasi ginagawa ko lng ang dapat kong gawin, patuloy ang pag lo lowcarb sinamahan ko ng pag papawis, nag gym ako, nag zumba, nag wawalking and very much active s awa ng dyos

    same thing po sa experience ko,lagi po ako sinasabihan na kumain daw ako mukha daw akong walang kain kasi malaki pinayat ko sa lowcarb. Sabi ko mas okay na ganjto kasi marami po talaga nawalang mga sakit sakit sa akin even mga allergies ko sa katawan. And yung manas sa mukha😁 then syempre nagka abs na talaga di gaya dati laki ng tyan ko. Salamat po Doc Grace.

    Regards to looking skinny, nanga nga yayat, no problem, pls check your BMI with regards to your height, to know your ideal weight. Add or lessen the calories intake as the case maybe.

    Nag low carb ako since july 12 until now aug. 19 na nag lost ako nang 15 pounds kumakain nko nang red meat at naramdaman ko nawawala ang imflamatory ko sa baywang at likod at nka2lakad nko dahan at nkaramdam ko may pagbbago sa health ko at ang diabetes for more than 25 yrs na at patuloy ako sa low carb

    Ganyan din ang nangyayari sa akin ngayon. Kahit saan ako pumunta ganito palagi ang naririnig ko : payatot ka na nagkasakit ka ? " Kaya nga di na muna ako lumalabas masyado sa bahay. Ang sagot ko " I am healthier now ta naglolowcard/fasting ako." Ang mga anak ko pinapakain na ako ng kanin at tinapay at SC na daw ako di na dapat maglowcarb and fasting.

    55 na ako, namukha daw ako tumanda dahil pumayat ako sobra, pati leeg ko kumulubot din. Pag ako nasabihin nagkasakit pa daw ako, hala! Nag woworried din ako, natatakot ako sobra, nagpa blood test ako, sabi ng cardio ko, inggit lang daw sila sa blood result ko.

    Doc and kuya Gibo am new na nag low carb 3 months pa lng po I want to know na ok lng po ba ang kinakain ko all meat and veggies .. But I have small bukol in my right part of my kuyokot..Ok lng po ba ..
    Actually now I start eating meat ,eggs, fish and veggies only . Drinks ko po warm water lng and I take my food supplement like MORINGACUR, SAMBACUR for cleansing for my Arthritis and PICUR for my by bukol.. Kindly help me itama ang aking pag Low Carb .     Bakit po nung una ako ng low carb at nag fasting 3 days po bumababa ang timbang ko.. NgaYon po mas mahaba pa ang fasting ko tas salad at manok and itlog lng kinakain ko pero bakit po bumagal ang pag baba ng timbang ko

      Yan yong sabi ng maraming doctor na wagtayo magbase sa timbang.
      Sa una,mostly tubig ang nawala sa iyo,ngayon at tamang pagkain ang kinakainmo, muscle weight na yan dina tubig kaya wagka mamroblema sa timbangmo.

    Maswerte naman ako walang nagsabing sumobrang payat ko. Dapat talaga eat animal protein and fats and avoid vegetable oils at all costs. Vegetables are not the superfoods they tout to be.

      Hindi po ba tayo makakain ng pork or beef? Fish and egg or chicken for proteins po. You need enough proteins para hindi tuluyang bumaba ang timbang. Incorporate weighlifting too for muscle build up.
