I am from Italy. I don't understand how these wonderful airplanes models are governed . Are they let free ? Which are the goals of the balloons ? Thanks
The goal is to achieve the longest flight duration. They are very light. When launched, they fly in their own. But when they may collide with an object, the owner may use a helium balloon to change its course to a safe location. When balloon is engaged with the airplane, the stopwatch is paused and resumed after it’s disengaged again. These planes are amazing. should make the wings double layered membranes and covertly pump some helium into them until the whole thing is weightless and then let fly/float forever lol
