Nice fast/quick recipe during confused hard hungry critical times. Was looking for rice flour recipe. Made thick dosa using this recipe because i did not like the dosa to be watery dosa though watery dosa is better using this recipe. Hot dosas are better than hard cold dosas. This fast/quick flour batter recipe did not turn sour on the second day. Dosas on the second day turned out to be crispier crunchier but the dosas on any day not tastier. These dosas are better than few bought costly gabbu sour dosas.
My mother-in-law used to add ground up fresh coconut to the batter. Since fresh coconut is not easily available where we live, I started making mine with coconut water, which I can buy on Amazon. This is the next best alternative.
There are variants in neer dosa. Neer means water basically. Besides there is no patented and GI indexed recipe of neer dosa. So you cannot say this is not neer dosa until you produce a patented and documented record of the recipe.
@@vrushaleedamle216 Neer dosa is traditionally prepared by soaking and grinding rice in South. The rice flour is used to prepare ghavan by Maharashtrian. This might be called instant dosa.
I followed the same method but mine turned out disaster....... my neer dosa never dries but becomes thick sticky lump.... I just have to agree I am a bad cook.

I don't think it's plastic brush . It's a silicone brush which can be used on hot pan. Silicone moulds is used for baking in oven.

Try again with patience. Dont pour more batter.
You can grind little coconut and an egg,it will come very soft and nice taste
