For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.
Well that was stupid!. The best way to review something is to use it. You never hit the bag! How does the stand react when hitting the bag with force?. I.E. Does the stand have a tendency to move side to side?. Is the bag too high or low? Does the upright bar get in the way when kicking? Next time do a proper review and demonstrate what you are reviewing, don't just talk about it!
+ToastyMcToastyToast i got mine like three weeks ago and the speed bag platform is SOO flimsy and raggedy that it broken the next day. With experience from other platforms, this one really blows. When striking the speed bag on this one, the platform rattles and shakes too much and the speed bag just does not come back as fast
so anyone buy any other bad stand besides the everlast? everlast is known for cheap shit, i seen some dude on you tube working the single stand pretty good but he an overall athlete tho
it hangs to low I have the same one also the wood for the speed bag is cheap also I have a problem with knocking it off the hook and my hits move the stand back a distance and when I throw hooks I intend to knock it over

i got this stand it's ok.But the speed bag backboard is too thin my everlast and title speed bag do not rebound off the backboard.Had to to put a 30 pound dumbbell on top of backboard.Make sure you secure the dumbbell so it wont fall on your head knocking you out...lol Going buy a thicker or make a backboard

Ithe one that it comes with has that plastic piece in the middle which can't swivel the ball in the direction of your punches when needed. I swapped it out for an everlast speed bag cotter pin swivel. I also placed an everlast double end / heavy bag anchor on the top of my speed bag mount for more support. The secret is instead of filling it with water you fill it with play sand.
Put sand bags on top of the speed bag will stop the vibration and noise...
Any recommended weight or size of the sand bags?

If you put weights on it it barely will move when you hit it. If you hit it without weights holding it down it will move a lot easier.
You can also use bunjee chords for bag stability
1st off change the whole speed bag cylinder attachment because is plastic. I changed mine and it's 100 times better
