Aaaaww that rolingpin! I love quilts and afghans You are havind a kittyassistent lol A practical find, yes please Love the wooden frame. I love old pictures too Love that fencing! And yes love a sercret garden too. Loving the books Please share your adventure building in the woods with us Hugs You look and sound way better!
I understand, I’m a budget thrifter as well now too. The bush man in my life would claim to be also, but, naa, he lo-oves lazy Susan’s, go figure. That is the most beautiful antique shop. I loved the pink Pyrex mixing bowls. I have never seen those before. The ceramic green one is just gorgeous. Mixing bowls are my forte. The books are so fabulous. Cheers from Oz…
I’m happy you’re feeling better, it’s such a drag when not feeling good. Especially if you’r3 like me and have 101 things to do! Lol! Saw so many things I liked at the shop, and unfortunately, remembered! Lol! I especially remembered the Pyrex style bowls and mixing bowls, my mom had quite a few of them! I saw a glimpse of a red dress that caught my eye, before you saw the men’s hat. In fact, both my great grandfather and grandfather wore hats when going out, especially to church, my dad, not so much. Loved the baskets at Goodwill and I loved the throw made from saris, gorgeous! Saw quite a few things that I liked.
You sound so much better and you have such a beautiful smile. I like the oval frame and the bean crock. I hVe never seen such a big lazy susan...what a score. Take care. TFS.😊❤👍
Hi Jamie, So happy you and your beautiful family are doing better. Love your new vintage treasures! The book is my favorite how wonderful you spotted that beauty! Always enjoy your content!
I also like the the heavy glass blown trees, I have one which is 18" tall, and lives up to its namesake..."heavy"! I believe spied a little green frog peeking over the top shelf of the case where the three wooden figurines were. Bridge lamps are a neat accent. I have two vintage ones, from the early 1930s.
I had a beautiful MCM bridge lamp and later found the perfect Tiffany style lamp for it but my daughter fell in love with it. When she moved out I gave it to her for her new place.
@@BoredorBananas That's beautiful to share with your daughter! I, too, had a fine relationship with both my parents, we shared many values! So many broken homes today. Sad to see how the middle class, the kind I grew up in, is suffering!
Hello Jamie! Loved the GOD is Good coffee mug, the brown bowls with the pine needles, and the lazy Susan. I often wonder if you are worried about the sleeve of your coat catching on a glass item and accidentally pulling it off the shelf. I take my coat off for that very reason cuz I could see it happening to me. Happy thrifting!
Have always loved wedgewood! 👍🏻❤️The bowl that said 1920’s yellow wear may of been that old. But my grandmother bought one like it in a store for my mom at Christmas in the 70’s, it was light brown. And not $70! ❓🤷🏼♀️
Think the “bean pot” was originally from late thirties designed as a cookie jar, my aunts and grandmothers had. Removing the paint suits your needs but ruined an antique. 28:27
Jaime, once again you found some amazing items! 👏🏼 Love the lidded pot! I had no idea you could take off the design. Great to know! Thank you so much for collaborating with me today! You're a gem! 🤍 ~Jen :)
Hi neighbor! New subbie from Minnesota here! I was just recommended your channel! Ok so I was SO excited watching your haul! I feel like we have some similar taste in decor! ♡ I LOVED your gilded frame, I also have a victorian style gallery wall! I've been hunting for an antique pride and prejudice book for years, still haven't found mine yet! 🤞 & my hubby is a stone mason, so we have been working our butts off on landscaping our yard for the past numerous years all on our own as well! What cool coincidences! I'm sooo excited to see your gardening vlogs and binge more of your videos! I started a channel last year also if you are curious to see some of the things we have been up to! Nice to "meet you" haha! ♡ Hope you have a very happy week! ♡
@BoredorBananas Let me know if you have any questions or want an estimate from my husband! 😂 He has been doing it since he was a teenager, he amazes me! 😍 I had a flower & vegi garden last year too, I REALLY want to do more cut flowers for vases but then I can never get myself to cut them once they bloom 😂 I can't wait to see if your wildflower paths work out! That would be my dream path!!♡
Hi Jamie glad to see you are well again. I loved the wooden liqourice/biscuit mould you picked up. A friend gave me a heart shaped mould from Holland a few years ago, which I display in my kitchen. She passed away a few years ago so it is a treasured possesion. Greetings from the UK.
So glad you’re doing better!❤️ I’ve never seen the pink or blue mixing bowl sets before. I had the green ones. A fire extinguisher lamp? Perfect for a firefighter, I guess. I love lazy Susans! I like the English garden look where everything is just a riot of color and packed solid.
Jamie, you look and sound sooooo much better! So happy to see that! Love your thrift haul and your items are; as always, amazing!! Can't wait to see how you decorate with them!
Great finds Jamie and I love that bean pot too and mustard yellow, can't wait to see how you decorate with it. Lazy susans are great for organizing pantries so that was an awesome find. I used to have gardens when I was younger but now that I am too old to care for one I don't but I would love to look through those books and I am sure you will find lots of inspiration from them. I am so glad you are feeling better!
Grimm was so cute grabbing the ball of yarn out of the basket. We have two solid black cats uncle and nephew lol. This was very enjoyable with you today. Saw lots of goodies and boy those baskets were great!
Hi friend! Long-time subscriber ... haven't commented in forever but I am keeping up with your thrifting adventures. You've mentioned before that you have a "wish list" of items that you are on the hunt for... how do you organize that? Is it a list you keep in your bag or on your phone ... or a Pinterest board? I was just curious how you organize that... I have to have a list because I get so distracted in a thrift store and I can't remember what I am supposed to be looking for... Thank you so much and glad to hear you are doing better. Asthma is awful. #ItAintEasyBeingWheezy #AsthmaIsSexy
Good luck whit the owner build of your house. I really really hope all goes to plan and it does not take too long. Bush man and I did owner builders. Bush man is a carpenter…Never ever again. Long story. But I wish you everything good, speedy and fun. BTW build a large store room to store all your treasures between seasons. Something I would give my eye teeth for. Oh well. Don’t worry, be happy.
Our family has been owner-constructing our house for generations. The house we are in now was the first ever commercially built in the family. It’s going to be hard work and stressful but so worth the quality and savings.
Jamie do you use your Pfaltzgraf dinner plates? I have been looking for some but they always have marks from utensils and I wasn’t sure if they would come off. Have you been able to remove these marks?
I actually no longer use them. I have saved them for my daughter. I got the marks off by using a little barkeepers friend and a bit of elbow grease but I got tired of doing it after every meal. I wouldn’t recommend them for daily use.
Your cat cracked me up. I’ve never seen a lazy Susan that big. I can’t believe how easy the paint came off your bean pot.
So glad you're feeling better. I love the bean pot. It's on my list. Love the baskets. Thanks for sharing.
Love your bean pot and haul. So happy you are feeling better

Can’t believe there was so much jadeite. I can’t find any even in antiques stores here in Georgia.

Oh wow. I woul definitely buy that huge white tray for that incredible price!
If only I had a place to store such a large piece.

Oh yeah. It’s a classic style that has been reproduced. I totally believe that!
So much jadeite I would have bought for my daughter. So glad you are feeling better!
Think the “bean pot” was originally from late thirties designed as a cookie jar, my aunts and grandmothers had. Removing the paint suits your needs but ruined an antique. 28:27
No. It was already so chipped off some of the flowers were almost completely gone.
Loved the cat stealing something out of the basket behind you!🤣
A true cat stealing a ball of yarn.

That has to bee the cleanest antique store I have ever seen, no dust, wow. Oh the jadeite, I am drooling. Naughty kitty.. LOL
I loved the picnic basket lined with blue gingham checked fabric.
You didn't get the Wisconsin book 👀 whaaaat?
Maybe Miranda Christine? She was looking for a shade for a similar lamp.
No. It was a traditional style decor feed on IG. I just can’t remember which one. I’m still hunting. Lol

Hi, Jaime! I am now inspired to start a glass Christmas tree collection. Would you find an idea of what a good price for a tree is?
I am happy that you feeling better and will continue to keep you in my prayers. Love everything you got at Goodwill

The secret garden sounds great but take it from someone who has some wooded acreage, animals eat EVERYTHING!!!!!!
I believe that!
