    We have been made aware of the subtitle issue. Normally we put our own subtitles in the video however this week we decided to upload the subtitles directly to TH-cam but for some reason they aren’t working and people are only getting auto generated subtitles. We are doing our best to fix this behind the scenes.

      i dont think people get it... it isnt a he thinks he tough...its the audacity meaning he is the real life personification of "crash dummy" if it ever was a human... The reason i dont think people try him often is literally that reason and yes that gives you a false sense of physical situational security. In prison everyone knows this. The first question a man should ask every encounter with disagreement is:
      "hmmmm how much is "[fill in the blank] worth to me in this argument...."
      His and his kind logic on the other hand though:
      "EVERY DISAGREEMENT IS WORTH MY LIFE AND FREEDOM" the old lady who took to long ordering at McDonald's, the Wendy's up the street ended their 4 for 4, his fiancé saying someone sold her crack when he finds her smoking vs the truth of she sought it out lmao.
      I don't think anyone is as bad as his fiancé described because if he was. this cop and the fiancé would not say what they did or be in there solo interviewing him. It sounds like she legit did catch him cheating and set him up for a crash out moment for get back for the last time. This man if legit was how she explained she would rather jump in traffic than even think of telling on a individual most people think this is. they both need to be in jail because clearly she had knowledge and motive even explained from her own mouth was a random man... I don't think any man pops the wrong man who agrees to come in and plan a alibi with his woman for popping the wrong person.... no lol he didn't match only because the fiancé said that wasn't the right man who he dropped lol.
      Anyone who serves a junky knows exactly they got fixed dealers and you for absolute certain cant mix them up because they number will be the only mf in that phone more than your own and you the damn husband damn near. Meaning you seen him serve her on countless occasion since her story was "he didn't like this particular guy and she claimed to be kicking the addiction but he found out she had dope and she said he thought it was her old dealer... you cant forget or mix up a dealer sorry lmao most dealers are odd from jump as it is.
      She responsible more than him I believe he was just a instrument. Emotional single mom raised for sure blvck man. He angry because he cant connect the fact he was set up so it feels so out of place. Whole time his old lady is the motive all around the charge and victim. He even said he had his gun and clearly got caught by surprise. he not smart enough to carry this out solo lmao. passion of the moment on the other hand.... but involving a whyte crvck head and he crispy like he is.... he will sell his soul before he not crash out for the mayo stick shiddddddddddd we all know a dude like him in the hood. They would be cool but they didnt go to special ed and refused to listen to male figures due to the single mom raised life. He in a good place now though for sure. She need to be with him though imo

      You do realize why, right? First, trafficking isn't simply "selling drugs". Also, he'd had major drug charges before (again, not just selling a couple of ounces to his buddies or having a few joints in his car). Third strike guidelines are "mandatory minimums". I'm guessing you know what mandatory means. So presenting it like some judge just de idea that "well, selling some drugs is worse than murder so here's your sentence" is completely misrepresentative and makes your credibility look shady.
      And just so you know, he got 15 TO LIFE for the murder, not 15 years. Those are completely different things. And with his record, I highly doubt that in 49 years when he's first up for parole that any parole board says "sure, looks like an upstanding dude, what with the many drug charges, attempted murder and actual murder. Let's let him out!"

    • @natebarker6464
      @natebarker6464 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      It was a 3rd strike drug charge, so it carried a heavier penalty. They don't say, but I'm guessing he never confessed to the murder, nor do they have any evidence that it was premeditated.
      He probably got a lesser murder charge because it was based off the eyewitness accounts and the fact that his phone pinged in the area at that time. Not saying the judicial system is perfect by any means.

He lied to the cop in the first interview yet tries to claim the moral high ground and also says he demands respect as a man when a man should know respect is earned not just given because it's demanded. The way he makes that exaggerated aggressive stare, the weird head motions, the way he asks questions very aggressively. He's crafted his entire persona based on intimidation, probably because he used to get the shit kicked out of him when he was younger, or he never used to get respect because he's a little guy. None of that's an excuse to become a horrible person and act the way he does, but some people think that bad experiences give them license to become even worse than the way that they were treated.

    To be angry a lot not only makes you sick, it drives away all friends and above all, an aggressive angry attitude only attracts a lot of problems. That's simple physics, that's how it works and where you often end up quickly, you can see here. Be smarter, be calm. ☀️💕

    • @martar.8095
      @martar.8095 ปีที่แล้ว

      It also discourages people from interacting with you. I have been angry at everything for decades. I am on my way to be a smarter, calmer person trying to give less attention to the toxic people in my environment I’m forced to deal with (I work retail). Also try to manage negative situations in a more pragmatic way: ‘this happens for a reason’, ‘the world won’t end on this’. I thought it wasn’t very important but your attitude really has an influence on your general well-being. I now get mad when I really have to hehe.
