However there were about 5 things that proved it wasn’t me. Police were only interested in the things that connected me with the crime. I refused to cooperate. I asked them aren’t you going to ask me why I am innocent? It was pointed out to me that this is not how the system works.
      The important thing was to get a conviction ... it matters little whether you’re innocent or guilty.

    • @rl7012
      @rl7012 ปีที่แล้ว +36

      Ikr. I do not understand it at all. The biggest turn off on earth has to be knowing someone is a serial sex offender. Even if you date them and don't know what they are, the instant you find out, dump them. I had a friend who dated a sex offender but I didn't know he was one at first. But I came to realise what he was and I could not hear a word about him without telling her she was insane. We fell out over it. He repeatedly exposed himself to young girls and he got caught and told my friend that he just wanted to take a leak and they saw him do it. And she believed him. Seriously. This was an intelligent woman too. I just looked at her when she told me and said 'omg you don't believe him do you?' and she claimed she did. 'What every time he happened to get his dick out to 'urgently pee' and had to go in the street or the park there just happened to be young girls around?' and my friend said nothing but she would not acknowledge the stupidity of his excuse. And that's the stuff she told me about. He did worse than that. Anyway we fell out over it and I was shocked and appalled that she would date such a low life lying sex offender scum bag.

      @@pennyproud1621 Yeah, we all remember things that stand out for one reason or another, like a car accident , first kiss, being betrayed, traumatic things, or nights where everything that could go wrong did but you somehow lived and didn't get in trouble. I used those because it's the first long term things I thought of. I can't tell you about a boring weekend 10 years ago. Even if you had something that would trigger me to recall, It would all run together and be hazy. This is where our brains kinda fvck us. We have glimpses of moments here and there and your brain kinda fills in the rest, especially if someone is telling you something like "you were there for sure! I remember seeing you drunk and hanging out with the president!" Or whatever lol. Memories are very easy to manipulate and it's dangerous telling someone they should remember because of blank ... Because suggestion and confirmation can lead to a false memory.

    What’s amazing is I can’t remember a day 10 years ago, not even a specific day, seems to me something crazy had to have happened that makes you remember events from a certain night…

    Its honestly disgusting that anyone can end someone's life for a momentary selfish gain. So glad justice is finally being served.

      as long as blind people like you live, nothing will change.
      It is we who create such people. People are just a product of genes and environment.
      It is we, society, who have to change.

      What is truly disgusting is to hear "an extensive sex offender criminal history". Why that old fart was free to walk streets is the real question. Not discussing how selfish he is. I couldn't care less. Every time a sex offender is caught, should be immediately executed. Or at least, never ever released. They'll do it again. 100%.

    “Things got out of hand and then one thing lead to another and I just murdered her oops” bro deserves life and they were definitely both involved to an extent

      Let’s not forget that this entire crime was avoidable. He never should have been breathing free air after raping a 6 year old

      Nah she definitely wasn't involved and had no motive either. I know a sex offender he was very manipulative I can see this exact thing happening to me except I would've went immediately to the police and said we were with her last night but I get the fear

      @@alexawermuth1219 she was involved, beyond doubt there, if not in cold blooded murder, she did it by helping hide her husband's actions. There was no vehicle switch, she's likely the one who lured the girl.

      @Adeptus Fantasticus I think she was probably infatuated with him and he was probably a super charming narcisstic sexual predator that manipulated her and she didn't want to lose him or risk herself getting in trouble. Who knows what he threatened her with
