This community is so fortunate to have guys like Steve and Nyle openly sharing their wisdom with the world. So grateful for you, guys. Thank you and I'm ecstatic you're making a living for doing it! You deserve all the success in the world.
This gotta be hands down the best podcast you have done. Every second was a learning experience. Steve is a national treasure in this modern day fitness industry, and you as a host, though i may not agree with some points you have made in the past, I can commend you for the great hosting. Nice work.
Steve is seriously smart, it's awesome seeing him on your podcast! If I remember correctly, he doesn't even have a background in pharmacology or biology but has made really logically sound, educated inferences regarding the impact of supplements on the human body.
“I didn’t have a guy like me talking publicly on TH-cam” - I am so grateful for this. I don’t know everything, but everything I do know is from Steve (he writes from the treadmill in Muscle Factory Pattaya) - gee I wonder how I ended up here 🤣
Glutathione is painful? Currently doing l carnitine and glutathione and by FAR l carnitine produces pip vs glutathione near nothing. What am I missing?
I probably won't ever do steroids, but just love the info. I will say I don't understand why Steve said saturated fat and cholesterol effect heart, thought we were past that. Fatty red meat and whole eggs, is extremely beneficial for test and definitely isn't bad for the heart, my long stint on carnivore helped me learn that stuff, anyways love this podcast
Why do you think people get clogged up with a heart attack needing a quadruple bypass if they survive the blockage? Take your statin if your cholesterol is high and don’t be stupid

It isnt androgen receptors in the face that cause moon face. The reason is that the renal tubular cells in the proximal tubule respond avidly to steroids (cortisol > E2 > T) and increase their activity in response - natrium reabsorption increased - water follows - gain in water weight - for some people, depending on connective tissue structure in the face- this leads to a moon face This is why people no matter what their E2 looks like have a hard time getting rid of moon face and why it goes away pretty much as soon as they get off anything including trt doses.
09:48 Why does Steve view it as a badge of honor to claim natural for 11 years? I can't wrap my head around not wanting to be judged for using AAS and the "11 year natural" chest-beating
@jaycarneygiants What do you not get about it bro?? He’s making the point put in the work before getting on gear…that’s all. Everyone wants results immediately and not willing to put the time in to actually build a base prior to and wonder why they hold no muscle when they get off.
There are people who feel better on it, same with other 19 nors. Like nandrolone, some people feel good on it some people feel bad and anxious on it. Tren isn't good for armwrestling tho due to the impact it has on your cardiovascular system.
Al that drug use and they just look like normal guys, only with long term damage likely done. And as for the “coaching” they do, I would prefer to use that term to those who educate on training. Let’s call drug coaching what it is. It’s a dude (usually not a qualified doctor) giving advice on taking drugs to others. As for the “knowledge” discussed here, I had to laugh when Steve mentioned “20 years of research and science”. What he’s basically done is taken the standard substances available to him where he lives, done a little basic research, and added in some personal views from experience, mixed with some very basic public information, and a little bro-science added in.
@meyroakabiggrem1679 If that’s your take on this…you either have either never listened to Steve or his info is so far over your head it’s just bro science to you. What a moron 😂
I trained 10 years natural before going down the ped road. I take the bare minimum when i do jump on, and i stick between 12 weeks and 16 weeks at the max and only run two cycles a year, and i get my bloodwork done multiple times a year. I also keep my diet in check. I do feel either way. it's a big risk, a big reward type of situation, and you are gambling by rolling the dice.
Steve is the man!!
Everytime I watch a video you already beat me to it 😂

Am I the only one that feels better on Tren?
Even my wife agrees. no Lie.
Some guy on reddit went on tren replacement therapy so you arent the only one
