Anglers want others to enjoy the sport/hobby/gathering food. Who is to say he does not donate to people in need on a normal basis? No way is it your job to help support me if I'm in need. Would it be kind? Yes. But I would never expect someone i dont know to help me in any way. We should not discredit someone who is choosing to help someone else out on their own free will
