I appreciate that there is a space for where the TV would go but wish you would have actually put the TV in and styled it with how the room will really be used and not some fantasy of a space. That includes adding back a few family photos, their chatchkes, etc. It feels like it is easier to style a space for social media than to do it for the way people will really live. You are so talented--you can make reality look good!
Agreed! Also this couple definitely needed a TON more storage based on the way they live. All that clutter needs to go somewhere. Everything looks beautiful, but I wish the pieces had both form and function. That’s my design challenge in my home and I would have loved to see more realistic makeovers!

I love the room. the flowers that you choose for the vessel on the table- completely took my breath away. The color of the flowers with the sofa is nothing I would have expected. A very small detail - but man, it just made it all sing. Incredible ! You have the magic touch Arvin. Wow.
My son recently bought a condo and gutted it. He used White Dove through the whole place because he only had 2 months to complete the reno....everything.....Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, baseboards and trim. It really freshened up the place and now he has no plans to change the colour. I especially liked the sofa you chose. I thought it might be too much with the brick fireplace, but it looks great.
great! the sideboard is a stunner. once you cleaned out the room suddenly the architecture and bones of the room could be seen. i think we all have stuff around for convenience and then it becomes overwhelming, like shoes at the door, huge huge sofas that are practically beds. fine if you have a mud room, or a separate den room, but with one living room in a townhouse, there has to be some bit of order and formality. it was really a nice and quite adequate space, it just needed to mature.
I have white dove in my kitchen/den area yes love it! perfectly balance of warm color but still fresh that it can be in a white category. It gives a whole different type of feel.
Next to your dancing being my favorite, I love the color palette. I love how how you pulled the different styles together, and instinctually know what works. The rug is amazing as well. Now that room has style. Love it! ❤

ARVIN you went off omg my fvorite part is how you embraced the odd angles of the room and created that cozy corner between the half wall and the couch. It draws your eyes to the beautiful fireplace which the color of the couch plays off perfectly. looooove.

Wow, what a transformation! My favorite moment is the sofa and the small painting above it. The colors really enhance the fireplace. It looks so inviting it makes me want to curl up with my sweetheart and some nice glasses of vino! Speaking of sweethearts: Andrew is awesome! He is patient, helpful, hardworking and kind. The green walls doesn't bother me, but a fresh coat of paint *even in the same color* can freshen it up. I agree with you one: the sectional is was too big, blinds needed to go, they need a rug but the beams are a nice feature. What is the style of the building because that window next to the front door is awkward with it's size, shape and placement 😅? I really love how the warm color toned sofa goes so nicely with the brick rather than fighting it. At first I wasn't sure about the side tables because of the lack of storage. Seeing the placement of the side tables made all the difference. I couldn't really make out any tint in the wall color until I saw the contrast of the bright white in the art work next to the door. I love the how the furniture and decor came together. Hopefully, after they get their TV set up, they will display the art work above the fireplace. If the put electronics in that sideboard 🤔 I would recommend taking the backing off or replacing it with something that allows for air flow. Electronics & appliances need to have breating room so they can vent properly! Some ideas for replacing the backing, rattan, mesh or you can get decorative venting metal sheets at a hardware store then cut & paint!
Love the simplicity and uniqueness of this design. Those drapes add a tad of lux to the space and the Moroccan vase compliments like a cherry on a cake! Great job Arvin and team!! ❤
