Another interesting point about the vex that's only come about this season is with the Sol Divisive. We know they worship the "darkness" but during the initial mission this season we see a group of sol divisive vex praying in front of Riven's corpse. Something interesting to think about.
I’m so glad someone else thought it strange that this is the second, weird it happened once, set of Vex we’ve found worshipping. Also interesting is that much like the Sol Divisive, they’re worshiping of Riven is most likely in part due to how Ahamkara are able to use Paracasual powers (like the Black Heart, Darkness, Traveller, Light, and TheWitness )to warp or change reality. Something the Vex aren’t known to be able to do. At least not normally they can’t. I mean the Infinite Forest is the best the Vex could really do to counteract Guardians Paracasual powers and energy.
I always wonder if they will reveal in the final shape that the traveler is a construst created by the vex. Apparently, this was the idea for the original destiny 1 story, and some of the elements in that story has slowly been integrated into destiny 2 for a few years, so perhaps they’re gonna use that idea for final shape. (I could be ve try wrong about it since I’ve only read in a Reddit comment that says it’s true, but either way I don’t think I would like the idea that the traveler is a vex creation)
I never really thought about it but yeah that timeline doesn't work unless the Vex started converting the planet while the Traveler was terraforming it and humanity just happened to never stumble across them. It was probably just Bungie's way of signaling that that was the Golden Age. That doesn't make sense either since the vex there are precursors which I always assumed were hundreds of billions of years old. While they are just illustrations in the anthology book, the present vex design we are fighting looked like that when Crota first opened the rift to them and also during the Golden Age the ones Clovis found looked like that. I was going to say that it was weird that the Traveler (a paracausal being) was even in a vex simulation when that should be impossible but then I remembered the entire point of Curse of Osiris was Panoptes simulating the Light. This past is just a simulated one so maybe it has something to due with that? I don't know it's all screwed up
Don't the vex imped themselves into the past of every planet they convert? From what I remember that i show the Nexus appeared on Venus out of no where because it was always there in a way, maybe the same works for Mercury.
I think there may be an issue with how you uploaded this video. It doesn’t show up on the channel or my subscription page, I can only see it in the Destiny lore playlist.
I really wish there’s a raid on mercury someday

Speaking of the vex home world, do you plan on making a video on it or would you rather wait till we finally have more info on them?
Good question, I’ll look into that lore again, but if I don’t spot anything worth mentioning I’ll probably wait.
Seems pretty easy to me: Vex started terraforming during the golden age. Vex were also found on Venus during the golden age. Simple timeline.

It was unlisted!
@@Venextron That makes sense. I'm glad to see you were able to fix it. :D
What reason do we have to think the traveller would hostile to the vex, i think they can both be on the planet.
Do you have a video on what you know about Destiny 1’s original story? Joe’s vision. I’d love to hear your thoughts based on what you know. :))
I have a vague idea. I really recommend you check out Myrzir's channel, as he has a video all about the "remains" of the Staten Cut.
@@Venextron I really appreciate it and am about to check it out now. Great work on all your videos too. Keep up the awesome work. Have a great day.
