Well done it seems to have been an epic long task, I am going to get my rear diff bearing done in norfolk with the upgraded bearing they do it whilst you wait all in £750, which seems reasonable, and I also need to get a new front offside spring I may get both done as I think it is best to do both🙂 did you find out about the front drainage holes and route??
Thanks. I’ll be removing the inner wheel arches soon for rust proofing so will trace the scuttle drainage route then and video it. I need to do my rear diff too. Going to get one from Bell Engineering.
@@BeavisPits the same company does a postage system you send they return for £495 (incl. VAT) plus £35 The shipping costs include the cost of shipping your rear differential to us and the cost of shipping it back to you once it has been reconditioned - so there is no additional costs involved. We will organise the courier, all you have to do is tell us when it will be ready to be collected (if you would prefer to organise your own shipping, or deliver or collect it in person, this is no problem.)same day courier about 2 days for them to do the work
@Beavis Pits have you done or will do a video on why a 2007 Freelander would stop running while driving at randon times, temp & speed? None around my area can fix it & most Landy forums dont like the Freelander.
@@BeavisPits im not getting any codes come up for engine management, I have changed the fuel filter but the problem was there before hand, I have'nt looked at the sensors as yet. Could it be a leak in the turbo piping? I will see if I can borrow a Nanocom, my icarsoft reader may only be good for my Discoverys.
you may have covered it in previous video on the fitting of the winch how much cooling do you think you lose as the winch seems to cover about 25-30% of the radiator?? or have you not noticed any change??

when working with superglue either wear gloves or have some Acetone nearby to wipe it off your fingers🙂
Nail varnish remover was close by. I use it a lot to clean the 3D printer glass beds.

I would look at crank and cam sensors, and the fuel filter. Have you read the fault codes?

Not had any temperature issues, even in the heatwave, but the winch has definitely reduced air flow. Bonnet vents may be required!
