This pianist is so gifted, dedicated and generous ...that he may probably imagine that he is just another ordinary guy doing his best. Well yes.... doing his best being extraordinarily gifted, dedicated and generous - (and completely off the radar of normal. ) Thanks be to Almighty GOD that he found a soul mate violinist to partner with....or he would have a much clearer idea how alone he really is in the brilliance that he was given to share.
Thank you so much Rafal Blechacz. All your performances give so much joy in our home. We think your playing is perfection. We sometimes refer to you as Chopin incarnate! Blessings to you.
I just discovered this performance on You-tube. I wish I could have attended the live performance. Your meticulous sculpting of the melodic content revealed much richness I had no idea existed in the score. I especially loved your powerful drive up the ladder in the final moment of this masterpiece. I'm sure that Mr. Brahms is proud of you!
Since I listened him play Brahms's Intermezzo, I have been looking for another chance to hear his Brahms! Thank you for uploading! His music is so touching I am always deeply moved...
Where normally (if there is no epidemic) can you buy tickets for Rafał's concert? Since I heard Blechacz's recording for the first time a few years ago, I wanted to hear it live, but I didn't know where to buy tickets and before I realized that there was a concert in Poland or nearby countries, all tickets were sold out.
It's fairly easy, actually. Even now, you can always check out Mr. Blechacz' upcoming tour schedule by visiting his page on Deutsche Grammophon's website: www.deutschegrammophon.com/de/kuenstler/rafalblechacz/live-termine And as soon as you click on a specific concert, you'll be taken to another page where you'll see a button with a basket icon on it that says "Ticket kaufen" (German for "buy ticket"). Click on that and you'll be automatically led to the website of the organizing entity. You can buy your ticket straight from them, which is the safest way. There are secondary ticket-selling websites out there, but I don't trust them. The trouble right now is, firstly, there are fewer tickets available due to social-distancing rules the concert venues have to implement. Secondly, most European countries are still in lockdown, so concerts aren't even allowed until things are better. Many concerts have been forced to cancel since last year, so even if you do have tickets, there's no guarantee the concert will really take place. It's best to visit the website of the organizing entity regularly for updates until the time of the concert. Hopefully things will change soon for the better~ PS: BTW, are you from Poland? This is my personal observation, but when things get back to normal, I suggest you go to concerts in German cities that are closer to Poland and not wait for concerts in Poland, because Mr. Blechacz rarely tours there. Germany seems to be the European country he most often performs in every year. Otherwise, he used to tour Japan and the US every year too. And when he travels to those countries, he usually stays there for 1~2 months, so if you ever go on vacation to these countries, you might consider catching a concert there (・ω
@@r.blechaczradio Yes I'm from Poland. Thank you very much for this informations, and link to DG website. I will go to Germany to listen him because I have already noticed that Mr. Rafał rarely plays in Poland. No wonder, in Germany artists receive a fair salary, in Poland their work is rarely remunerated in proportion to the work they had to put in. Btw sorry for not responding but i haven't seen your comment
@@zrytabania7460 No problem, and there's no pressure to reply to my comments ^^. Oh, and great news: since I last wrote to you, I've read from the newspapers that Mr. Blechacz is going to perform with Ms. Kim at the Chopin Festival in Warsaw on August 21. festiwal.nifc.pl/pl/2021/kalendarium So good for you, he's going to perform in Poland this year after all! Hope you can get good seats, best of luck to you~
@@zrytabania7460 It's nothing (^^)b. And if you see this in time, Mr. Blechacz' alma mater just posted that his seminar next week, on 6/15 in Bydgoszcz, will be open to the public for free (facebook.com/events/305673634615865/?ref=newsfeed). Should be totally awesome if you could go. BTW, if you're a very big fan, you can consider joining our Facebook fan page, our members share info about Mr. Blechacz or his concerts, sometimes before they even appear on DG's website. The seminar event, for example, I only knew of it because a member shared it on FB.
Gry pana Blechacza można słuchać bez końca.Tak jest od lat 🤗🤗🤗🥰

Wonderful comment! I agree wholeheartedly! This is an interpretation of the highest order, and a superb orchestral accompaniment, too! ❤️
