Just did front and rear NRC's on mine. I mounted the fronts upside down for two reasons. First, the wires are completely hidden, second you don't have to install the two small screws from underneath, lol
Very nice Perrin! And great thinking flipping the fronts upside down. That didn't even occur to me 🤯 I may have to take them apart again and re-do the job 😂
@@hiimchad Take ya 10 minutes, just swap right for left then upside-down.. PS I cut those shrink wrap tunes in half, and did each connector individually.. Nice snug mechanical way to hold those pins in place.. Any automotive part store carries the stuff, totally worth having it in your inventory. Also those instructions are sketchy. I suspect the way I put my signals on was the way they are supposed to be... the intern who took the pics was too busy not giving a shit, lol
Just purchased a 16 Tuono factory. My previous ride was a 18 aprilia shiver 900. Absolutely love the look of the tuono factories! The previous owner was meticulous and its loaded with a lot of goodies already. Just started catching up on all your videos chad. I’m happy there are fellow aprilia owners like yourself that take the time to make lots of informative videos. Cheers from Canada! 😃🇨🇦
Hey Patrick! Congrats on your Tuono Factory! I think you're going to find it's a lot different than the Shiver in a lot of ways, but also that it is always a blast and joy to ride. It's incredibly beautiful to boot, though I am a bit biased. 😉 Glad you've found my videos helpful. I love sharing my experiences and limited knowledge of the bike with you and all the other owners out there. Thanks for your comment and for watching! 😁✌️
Thanks for another great video. If you remember it was your channel that convinced me to buy my first tuono. Its a 17 factory. It is in route and will be here Monday afternoon!!
Happy to make it! And yes I do remember and remember you mentioning when you made the purchase! Congrats again and I'm excited for you! Glad I could help you arrive at the decision to take the leap 🙂
Those turn signals look fantastic Chad 👌🏻. Install looked like it was a little bit of a pain at the start but you soon cracked it 👏🏻. Bike looks great dude 😍
Thanks Adam! Glad you like them too 😁 They are a nice product overall despite the confusion with the location of the connectors. I’m interested to see if anyone made the same mistake I did there. Anywho, thank you for watching! How’s having your baby back? Have you been able to ride at all?
Installed the same on my Tuono few months back they have a very unique shape 👌& extremely bright, and for the rear I have gone with moto dynamic intgerated tail light also looks very clean and bright and am happy with both of them.
Hey Kadz! That’s a nice setup! I have considered going for an integrated tail light but had one on one of my old bikes and ended up with a fix-it ticket 🙈 The Moto Dynamics light is sleek though! You have great taste. 🙂
Hi, I installed a custom led turn signal on a 14” rsv4, the lights flash no problem, but there is an error code of turn signal showing on the dash which is bugging me, you have any idea how to deal with this?
Hey Giacomo! I do not have the NRC rear turn signals, but do have a set of LED rear signals and I believe they have load balancers. Came with the bike so I'm not certain. I did not install additional resistors when I installed the front signals, and do not have a hyper flash.
Amazing turn lights😍 Can you send me the link for to search and buy the same for my tuono? Another question..which have you used for the back turn lights? Thanks! Good video😉
Thank you! I bought them on Amazon: Aprilia Tuono 1100 V4 Front Turn Signals - New Rage Cycles www.amazon.com/dp/B07FXYXK54/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_KHXPZHFRAAHJ4F2QWXAT For the rear lights, I am not sure as the previous owner had installed the fender eliminator. I can take a closer look at it when I have a moment. Thanks for watching, and glad you enjoyed! 🙂
Hey there! Thanks for watching, glad to have your support, and I appreciate your feedback! I was going for a relaxing vibe with this video and thought that the music suited the mood and content. Can you tell me what about it was a downer? I'm genuinely curious 🙂
@@hiimchad Hi, it has nothing to do with the type of music. I find instructional videos, or 'how to' videos require certain level of concentration to follow. When you talk over music, it's that much more difficult to follow. I find myself rewinding few times to understand what you said. It's different than a video where you don't talk much, like taking us along on a ride on a beautiful scenic road, etc. Why people want to talk over background music is beyond me.
Thank you for the additional detail! I did turn the music volume down to 10% thinking that it would be quiet enough so as not to be distracting, but I understand that wasn't the case for you. I also figured hearing nothing other than the sound of my voice for 20+ minutes would get boring, hence the addition of the music in the first place. This is helpful to know for the future. Thanks again for your feedback! 🙂

@@vpweber I did the exact same
@@CWaltzey Right on! 👍
Two years later and this video just helped me out.
Thanks
You're welcome!

How does one change the throttle grip?
what size are the bolts? i gotta rebuy mine
I don't know off the top of my head unfortunately, but I bet you can find the size and pitch by looking for the OEM ones on AF1Racing.com
Hi I’m considering the NRC for my Rsv4. I already have the back turn signals from NRC. Did anyone need a Dual Load Equalizer? Thanks
