How do you go about quantifying an achievement if you were not involved in tracking the achievement? For example> lets say one was leading a team of developers that helped to build out an order management system for a venue. All of the customer experiences would be revamped to include so that it was more digital, i.e. a digital transformation. The project was completed successfully and it helped to increase the customer experience and satisfaction as well as helped to increase revenue since more customers came to have that new experience. However I don't have those metrics since that was tracked after the projected was completed and I moved to another project.
