Memorising vocabulary is much harder for me. But I've been learning Latin, English and Hebrew before, so grammar is a familiar concept. Words on the other hand... my brain is so useless 😪
let's call it the "root" of the word, like it has always been called, so that nobody got confused. Furthermore: you conjugate verbs (adding a desinence, also called termination or ending, to the root form), but you "declinate" (adding a desinence, also called termination or ending, to the root form) adjectives/nouns. So you know that if you say "declination" you're talking about a noun or an adjective and when you say "conjugation" you're talking about a verb.

Quick english lesson to reciprocate for your helpful Korean lessons -- for the word "ADJective", the stress is on the _first_ syllable. In this video, you are stressing the second syllable (adJECtive).. Hope that is helpful to know. 🙂
Very nice video. Appreciate content, while watching it I would like to point out...sometimes the "Meaning part" does change. Ex, verb stems that end in ㅂ have to remove it and replace with ㅜ. This is a different rule than most other verbs. Such as: 맵다 -> 매워. In this case the "meaning part" does change and is different from the original dictionary form. When you learn the basic rules for 어요 and 아요 conjugation, words like 매워 are difficult to reverse back to the dictionary form because they don't follow the basic rules, but instead have a different rules. Most people will also conjugate them from dictionary form into tenses incorrectly before they learn the special rule. Just like 하다 is special case and is 해 instead of 하. I think that maybe it would have been good to make note that there are "irregular verbs" in Korean as well like this that don't follow basic rule.
