If you refuse to answer the judge, it should be contempt of court period. He should not have to ask the same question more than 2X. If they can't act like a lawyer, then they can't represent themselves. Too much waste of time and BS when there have other cases waiting.

So great to see the judge put the sovtard in jail. He really looked like he didn’t want to hear anything the Judge was saying. He was just flipping through papers and not paying any attention to the Judge. So rude! I hope this becomes the new standard in all courts.

I feel like a lot of other judges would do the same.
Judge could absolutely tell that he knew the max penalty (three years and $1000)... so "sovcit" was just being obstinate. You don't have the right to repeat the same argument over and over again in court after the judge told you you're wrong. But yeah, take that argument to an appeals court if you want 😂.

Other judges and courts need to follow this. See how easy that was? The judge calmly and quickly explained why he had both personal and subject matter jurisdiction for the defendant and then tried to move on with the hearing. When the sov/cit decided he wanted to be difficult, the judge gave him a couple warnings then held him in contempt. Too many judges argue with a sov/cit defendant for way too long.

Or "This court doesn't have juristiction because there is already a case in a court of higher precedence." McCloud is a prime example of sovcit stupidity because he wouldn't reply to comprehending the max penalties - if he had any common sense he would have answered the simple question and saved his jurisdiction nonsense at a relevant time. But no, he played his game and lost, and he will lose every other court appearance as long as he sticks with sovcit nonsense.
It's amazing how many sovcits buy into their mindset when it fails every time in court, but they keep trying and failing, maybe they like jail and court fees?

They will also give the SovTards a fair chance to abandon the foolishness that they've been convinced of, as well as fair warning as to the consequences of what will inevitably follow.
