He'll argue the next day too, the judge should just keep re-jailing him for contempt nonstop until the penny finally drops.
He finally took his plea and is sitting in jail waiting for his sentencing now, lol. He's been in for the last 45+ days due to failure to appear.
Flipping thru his sovcit script looking for their magical loopholes 😂 hilarious
When the judge was explaining jurisdiction, he had no intention whatsoever of listening to him so looked through his papers. Total disrespect .

sovcit guide for dummies
If you refuse to answer the judge, it should be contempt of court period. He should not have to ask the same question more than 2X. If they can't act like a lawyer, then they can't represent themselves. Too much waste of time and BS when there have other cases waiting.
Don’t you have a right to remain silent?…. Don’t you also have right to not be a witness against yourself?…… so why you answer them when anything you say can and will be used against you!
So great to see the judge put the sovtard in jail. He really looked like he didn’t want to hear anything the Judge was saying. He was just flipping through papers and not paying any attention to the Judge. So rude! I hope this becomes the new standard in all courts.
I feel like a lot of other judges would do the same.
Judge could absolutely tell that he knew the max penalty (three years and $1000)... so "sovcit" was just being obstinate. You don't have the right to repeat the same argument over and over again in court after the judge told you you're wrong. But yeah, take that argument to an appeals court if you want 😂.
whoever is mouthing off in the gallery when the judge charges the sovcit with contempt should also have been charged with contempt. 100%.
Just finished watching the first bit on old squishy gardeners channel, but gonna watch the whole thing again because I support both channels…
Judge Gauthier is awesome. He’s dealt with sovereign citizens enough that he’s got their number. His patient and fair, but isn’t going to put up with bullshit. We seriously need more judges like him.
He’s there “by SPECIAL appearance” like he’s the Guest Star at a concert! 🤣😂
LOL. He was on a boat so maritime law applies. 😂😂
I spit out my coffee on that one. For real… 😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Btw, one still has to register boats through the DMV.
That would actually be Admiralty law. Maritime is to do mainly with workers on ships.
@@robertkustos2931
Incorrect. Boats can also be registered federally through the Coast Guard.
Showing these fools in action live on TH-cam, is the modern equivalent to being held in the stocks in the public square. :)
Long ago my son was charged for squealing his tires, his punishment was to have to mow the police station yard and wash all their cars, he never once was charged with anything for 30 years !
im starting to think theyre all doing it to get ON youtube, judging by that guys accomplice
This judge has more patience than I ever could. Even to the point of having him taken into custody his voice doesn’t even go up a notch!
Why don’t any of these people research the success rate of sovcit per se cases? Can’t they see the probability of their antics ever working in their favor is not only ZERO, it makes things exponentially and at least 2 standard deviations worse?
Clearly it’s the definition of an idiot. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Judge Gauthier. I could listen to him talk all day. He has a very calming voice.
He proved jurisdiction by sentencing him to jail.
It amazes me that these clowns will try to correct a sitting judge on the law. I wonder if they would try telling a surgeon proper procedure while lying on an operating table?
Mike tricked us into learning something
As a retired LEO both local and federal.. so glad I never ran across any of these idiots lol
There's a real easy way for judges to prove jurisdiction:
Sovtard: "prove jurisdiction"
Judge: "Baliff, lock him up"
Judge can't do that without jurisdiction.
How ironic is it that these people claim to be exempt from the laws of this land and then turn right around and cite the U. S. Constitution as the basis for their rights.
Defendant: we need to establish your jurisdiction... Judge: Bailiff, lock his ass up. There's my jurisdiction.🤣
I love the way the judge handled the idiocy of this person. Once again, if you don't like our laws then go somewhere else...I will bet their treatment in court would be far worse in another country.
Where can we buy some of those Sovereign License plates? Toys r Us?Baby World? Crack house Creations?
They can exercise their "right to travel!"
Our laws are going to be a convoluted mess of legalize so these people have no leg to stand on. I once told a person that informed me via phone that it was time to renew my ext. Warranty, I told that was a shame they had not called me 2 days ago because I traded the car for, crack.
That judge is way more patient than I would have been. The minute sovereign citizen is mentioned I’d be gagging them lol
love watching these idiots in Court :)
He opened his trap to try and get out of paying the $2500. He thought since the code said if the payment was refused it would be waved.
What he needs to say is if you have so many questions I suggest you get a lawyer
I love how judges finally know how to handle sovereign citizens and courts. This is truly amazing. It saves time and money and sticks to the law. Now officers should be allowed new directions on how to handle them in the field. no officer should have to waste time and taxpayers money on hours of conversations with this group.
It's like watching a smart ass mouse beginning to panic. This is gold!
That was mentally and physically delicious. On top of contempt we had - 😂You sir are mentally incapable of representing yourself......lol.
It's okay Mike. Maybe they'll cuff him tomorrow.
"Limited intellectual capacity" was diabolical 😆
That was choice! Thank you for bringing the top shelf content once again!
This judge was smooooth.
Surprised that the judge doesn't point out the 10th whenever the play the "this isnt constitutional" card.
No there is NOT a common law jurisdiction, where do people get this nonsense from?
And the second case is a great example of why you get a lawyer involved, hone in the issues, resolve them quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
He did a better job of explaining Subject Matter Jurisdiction than Judge Perkins. I guess this guy thinks that he is Federal court. lol! 🤔
Prosecutors Office: (Hot Mike) "I can see why his attorney withdrew, oops shit"🤣😂
I walk in my room and hear, “Hello! Hello! Hello!” You scared me to death! (Should I sue?)
That judge was very patient. He deserved to go to JAIL!!!!
"Special appearance " 😂
This is one reason I'm glad to live in a country that does not use "common law" but use the Civil law system
"limited intellectual capacity" judge nailed it
THE JUDGE NEEDS TO TAKE THOSE SOVCITS PAPERS AWAY FROM THAT MAN AND ALL WILL BE OKAY.!!!!
Is there a listing in the Psychiatric DSM Book for Sovereign Citizens?
"Delusions of grandeur"?
"I am here by Special Ed" is more like it.
"I do not understand is not a get out of jail free card and just shows your grasping at straws to not face up to your own actions, and really should have taken that free lawyer !
Mike is high asf when making these. I love him
Do SovCits just have something similar to telemarketers? A script… like:
•If the judge says “…” - you say “…”
•If the prosecutor says “…” - you object due to subject matter jurisdiction
•If the judge explains the real meaning of subject matter jurisdiction - you say “…”
I would ask him the same question everyday and put him in jail everday until he stops the BS
“Do you understand the words coming out of my mouth?”
This judge knows his stuff!
Love to see one instance where this Sovereign Citizen nonsense actually works. Just to understand why theae people actually believe it will get them out of trouble.
Let’s all make up our own laws!
Other judges and courts need to follow this. See how easy that was? The judge calmly and quickly explained why he had both personal and subject matter jurisdiction for the defendant and then tried to move on with the hearing. When the sov/cit decided he wanted to be difficult, the judge gave him a couple warnings then held him in contempt. Too many judges argue with a sov/cit defendant for way too long.
Do they practice patience in law school because these judges are more then compliable.
I find these court appearances fascinating. As I am not a lawyer, could someone help me understand WHY these people are allowed to just ramble their nonsense? Is the judge just allowing them to make the error of their ways quite clear on the record so they have zero chance of appeal?
You have to prove you have you have jurisdiction over me! OK, take him in to custody
DOES ANY OF THESE Sovereign Citizen EVER WON A CASE? IF NOT WHY THEY KEEP IN USING THESE ARGUMENTS?
Does pro se mean the judge has to take this guy through law school? I don't understand why these judges are so patient and permissive in repeating and repeating their basic explanations, asking again and again if the guy understands, which he keeps challenging. Nip that nonsense in the bud!
But inside, that judge is laughing with that hit Mike...
Serious question, folks - Has any sov-cit ever won a case with this bullsh#t?
Updated score board. Judge - 78,613,989 Sovereign Citizens - 0
Instead of focusing on jurisdictions and constitutional issues, maybe they should learn the state’s CPL and relevant case law
All these SovCits always seem to ignore the 10th Amendment.
The 10th amendment gives the states the right to govern themselves is affairs not specifically identified in the constitution. THAT is what ends any SovCit "jurisdiction" arguement. Regardless, their arguement never works because by being present on US soil, you give implied consent to be bound by any law or statute thereof.
at 05:50 he's waffling about jurisdiction/Common Law/Military Tribunal and he quotes something from the Constitution but I can't catch which section he's on about.
I *think* I hear him say "Clause 17" - is he quoting the Enclave Clause to argue that the Court has no jurisdiction over him?
His vocal manner reminds me of Dustin Hoffman's portrayal of the autistic brother in Rain Man.
I have a right...to go to jail 😅
14:30 Was the crazy lady accompanying McLoud also cited for contempt?
Is he looking for article 6 for his state? He ain't got it! Judge made him feel the burn ! But keep going.
What do they mean by “Special Appearance”
A lawyer in civil court can enter a special appearance to challenge the juristiction. "Excuse me, your honor, under article x this case should be in probate court, not family court." Or "because of this fact, this case should be in county Y instead of county Z." Or "The divorce decree is from Texas, so they have to get a ruling in this matter there." Or "This court doesn't have juristiction because there is already a case in a court of higher precedence." Or "this case has to go through court W before it can go to this Court.." or "This case was adjudicated under Judge L two weeks ago, the case is over, so there is no case for you to have juristiction over."
Is this the guy that had the competency assessment.
Jurisdiction, that's not my name, I'm here under distress representing blah blah blah, where is the injured party, etc.... rinse and repeat, preferably in 30 second intervals
Who is that masked man?? sitting at the table!

I live in Cheboygan. Pay attention to the blond lady in the back. She comes in towards the end. Her name is Beth Bridgeman. She teaches people sov cit. The next day she was scheduled to appear in court for contempt for practicing law unlawfully. She did not show and has a warrant out for her arrest now. Her next time in front of Judge Gauthier will be a show for sure.
And she was truly everything you billed her as 😂

These absurd tactics have never worked, and yet there's always another fool who thinks that they might.
Judge flat out calls McCloud a moron, and McCloud completely misses it.
Further proving that he is incapable of defending himself. That was indeed priceless.
Why are these people still doing this?! Do they think one of these times they’re gonna be right? They’ve been proven wrong in court over and over and over…. It’s just the definition of insanity!!!!
Because You Tube and Social Media say Sov Cit is a real thing.
Have they? To often, plea bargains are offered were they plead no contest and are convicted of a lesser charge and are free immediately. Happens to often. I understand that prosecutors try to clear the court up, but it emboldens them.
Right. Generally speaking, I think they get better treatment.@@damedusa5107

LMAO “well now I know why his attorney withdrew” hahahaha
The SovCit is not even listening to what the judge is saying, he’s too busy thumbing through his ridiculous notes waiting for something to magically appear
Yeah, he's put together a compendium on how to challenge jurisdiction in federal court and didn't realise that doesn't work in state court. Not that it works in federal courts either, but at least then he has something to cite, something irrelevant, misquoted or out of context, but still something to cite...
I don't get these sovcits. They don't have a lawyer, so they're on their own. The judge could keep him locked up forever, and what's he going to do about it? Argue jurisdiction in a cell with Bubba and Moose?
@@0cypher0Yup he is desperately trying to find his place in the script
His mind is full of word salad to the point where he really believes he's making sense!!
Sovcits represent themselves because actual attorneys won't file bullshit sovcit motions, like jurisdiction and admiralty /military tribunal nonsense.
McCloud is a prime example of sovcit stupidity because he wouldn't reply to comprehending the max penalties - if he had any common sense he would have answered the simple question and saved his jurisdiction nonsense at a relevant time. But no, he played his game and lost, and he will lose every other court appearance as long as he sticks with sovcit nonsense.
It's amazing how many sovcits buy into their mindset when it fails every time in court, but they keep trying and failing, maybe they like jail and court fees?
There was a guy who did the same thing, only the judge ordered a mental health evaluation, I suggest the same thing for this guy!
Waste of medical resources.
I just saw something like that in Judge Simpson's court.
They should CHARGE £300 for each evaluation.
They need to skip the evaluation & send them involuntarily (51:50 in CA).
… and Instead of being mad at the courts they should be mad at the fool who sold them this false narrative!
They def should ask for a refund
Yeah, but then they'd have to admit that they've been duped and these clowns think they're geniuses so they can't do that. I just love the whole "I don't understand" but then they think they are competent to represent themselves.

I found this channel back in June after I got a probation violation for obsconding probation. I was in rehab for a year and when I got out I got arrested. Wow, amazing job Judge!!! I think this is the first time I've seen a judge go so far in depth with the history of the court that gives them "jurisdiction". Also love that he was NOT prepared for the judge to give such a thorough answer and did not register with his script lol.

I'm getting more annoyed than entertained by these nowadays.
As soon as they say they don't understand, there should only be one response by the judge "then you are not competent to represent yourself, you are assigned a defence attorney".
As soon as they say "I have more questions for you" the only response should be "I am not your legal counsel, ask your lawyer those questions".
STOP enabling these con-artists!
I agree 100%. That is very fair for the taxpayers not to pay for more time from the judge, that we believe in. You want to spew your beliefs, hire a psychiatrist don’t go to a court of law. SC doesn’t believe in US or state laws.
I agree but we all know they’d claim some bs about not being heard and put up a big stink because they have decided they will not be held accountable no matter what. I’m pretty sure the judge is covering his butt. I’m also pretty sure he’s sick of having to do so.

Yeah, awesome job.
I'm going with Judge Bryant in the 36 district court!!!
But the problem is there are 1000s of videos on the internet now with judges playing into their delusional nonsense, trying to explain laws and procedures and state constitutions to sovcitiots who have no intention of giving up their fantasy teachings they got off the internet! Apparently 300 million Americans are all completely in on the conspiracy to take away the rights of about a million conspiracy theorists who paid $399.99 in 3 easy installments to learn how to avoid paying $35 for a 4-year driver license and $100 a year for car registration!! Makes perfect sense to ANYONE who is NOT in their right mind!! 🤣
So it simply breeds more Sovcitiots who keep memorizing the script and tying up our courts!
Why we need a lawyer
To any lawyers reading this...why can't the judge INSTANTLY hold Sovereign idiots in contempt? Think of all the court time it wastes. If a defendant said " I can break any law because I am Santa Claus"...how long would the judge allow this? What is the difference?
One puts punctuation in his name and attaches special meaning to decorative fringe on a flag. The other lives at the North Pole.
Contempt is for violating a court (judge's) order.
Most Judges earned that title for being rational and fair while having a great understanding of law. . Most level headed judges will try to give any defendant the benefit of the doubt.
They will also give the SovTards a fair chance to abandon the foolishness that they've been convinced of, as well as fair warning as to the consequences of what will inevitably follow.
Furthermore, any judge worth their salt would not want to make any sort of mistake that would give the confused SovTard any semblance of a victory through a legal loophole.
They don’t want to take the chance of giving the sovcit grounds for appeal.
Sitting in a jail cell is pretty good proof of jurisdiction.
😢
Except, it's not though.
