I dont believe that there is any city which are boring! Canberra is nice and still tranquil city with many green areas and beautiful parks and gardens! One day it will be a city with over a million people in around 2070!

Hi Ben, many of the scenes here seem to fall within the Airport exclusion zone of 5.5km. Were you able to get permission to fly in these areas? If so, was it difficult? Thanks Ray
Ben, great footage mate. I've recently got a DJI Mavic Pro(literally 3 days ago) and can't wait to start shooting Canberra and surrounds. Still not game to fly it too far or over water, but Im sure my confidence will grow. Great to see someone else in the area enjoying the hobby. What drone are you using?
68cristian Thanks heaps mate!! It'll come easily! Just keep it up high and away from trees while you're learning! I'm using the Phantom 4 and DJI Osmo for ground filming!

Ray Plekker approval isn’t to difficult, you need to notify them of the time you fly, where and when etc! Hope you enjoyed the video!

The shots from the EAST side of the commonwealth avenue were in the NO FLY zone due to near Canberra airport.
It's against the law by CASA.
