  • Today we review our new washer and dryer.
A Kuppit Twin tube compact portable washer
    And A Costway Dryer.
After using them for about 2 weeks they are working great. Highly recommend them for full time Rving. They are small and fit in the rear bathroom of our GD 397ths.

I live in a stick built home and bought one of these (different brand) to use instead of the useless Whirlpool Duet washer. I share my shower with it. I'm using this and saving money to get a real washer. A Speed Queen. Laundry is my chore of joy. Love doing laundry. My clothes are no longer dingy and I was amazed at the soap that came out of my clothes. I can clean my clothes in enough water. And the little spin basket sounds like a jet taking off.

Washer is a Giantex/Costway (same as your dryer), sold under a different name. It's also $60 cheaper on Temu!!

Cool RV - I have a similar portable washer, different brand. They are great to have! BTW you can go as high as you want above the filter, as long as it doesn't go past the "overspill" hole near the top (that prevents the machine from running water out of it when filling it). I've seen so many people use way less water than they need to.

I had the same ventless item for the dryer. I did end up with lint. You want to make sure you are keeping the water in there to catch it.

I won't actually have the luxury of any hookups because I will be living in a cargo van versus an RV however I am wondering if I could use a portable power station to run the function of the washer and just pour a big bucket of water- detergent into the wash tub and then have the used water rinse out through the hose into a separate empty bucket and then just dump it outside? Let me know your thoughts please and thank you

Yes, you can just pour buckets of water into it.

Actually @williambreen4290 I've used my power station to run a full size washing machine, so i know you can run this machine.. as long as your wattage on your power station supports the watts on the washer or dryer . I actually have a Nature's Generator Elite Solar Generator that does the job very well.
