Thank you for the useful and delicious recipe, sir! With all due respect sir, I would like to make a suggestion. I think we don't need to throw away the stem/stalks of the mushrooms. It seems like a waste of good product. I've heard that the stalks have a lot of flavor in them. We can make a stock out of it and use it in cooking other dishes. That's what I do. Hope this suggestion is helpful.
Tried this recipe today sir. Came out in awesome taste..I added two more ingredients in this sir, fresh peas and pudhina puree too ... And came out really well..My kids loved it along with chappathi. Thanks for wonderful recipe sir .,🙏
