Thank you for posting-love the book of James. The gospel is not just for the rich! The gospel is for sinners and poor and needy. Great message.

Only lies do I bring to the cross, so fervently cling I, as one so hopelessly lost!

Let us pray that the Lord would reveal any partiality in our own lives and hearts

    Leviticus 19:15
You must not pervert justice; you must not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the rich; you are to judge your neighbor fairly.
    Deuteronomy 1:17
Show no partiality in judging; hear both small and great alike.
God's law applies to all. Rich or poor, we all stand guilty before a Holy God, in need of a Savior, finding unity and identity in Christ alone.

I was in a church in my 20s where I was a nothing. If you were a yuppie, a local, or connected by blood you were in. That church folded.

You made the statement. Jesus would have had genetic material from Mary. No he wouldn't. He was of the holy Spirit. I respectfully disagree with that statement.

Respectfully he is the God-man… 100% God and 100% man… to live like us as our representative he would have had genetic material from his mother but not Adam’s curse… please do not fall into Eutychianism a condemned heresy and read the Chalcedonian Creed. I say this to you out of love. Please research the historic creeds and why they were developed.

He still is 100% God and 100% man. He had to be, in order to fulfill the prophecy’s about him. He is “The Righteous Branch” and he fulfills the promises of David given by God himself. “To have a son that will establish Gods Kingdom forever.” Though, God needs no man to do this. He still chose from Noah to Abraham to David. God cannot lie and so he fulfills all his vows, promises, and prophecy’s. This is to honor his servants as well and to keep his word.
