2006 to 2010 dodge charger police keyfob programming

In this video i explain how to program the key fob independent of the actual key. Most police vehicle have the keyfob separate from the key allowing the vehicle to remain running but yet lock the doors while out of the vehicle. According to the manual you can have 8 individual ( keys or fobs) units programmed.
