    I enjoy your channel and all the knowledge and expertise you share for free. Thank you. Now. Hopefully you can clarify something for me. My old supervisor quit and I received a fill in that I have had maybe two experiences in the same location. I did not know him. He took over during review time and looked at my reviews and gave his negative opinion. After I told him I disagree but will check my documents, he turned to his boss, told him not to say anything then proceeded to ask if my wife like her car and if I liked my car and the new house we had just purchased. Confused I said yes and then threatens to personally fire me if I didn’t get my location the way he wanted it in 30 days. I was his #1 location out of 6. I am also an African American. Could his threat be views as discriminative? Thank you

    Does the characteristic need to be physical or can it be that my employer tells me I'm "agitated" because I disagreed with her viewpoint on something (many times)? I ask because I often feel the stereotype of "angry black woman" being imposed on me :(

      The trope of the angry black woman is a constant and ever present form of discrimination as far as I can tell, it could certainly be the source of a claim.

    Is that same as being difficult to determine if someone is a woman? Asking for a friend.

    Does calling a black guy the n word at work count as racial discrimination? Phoning a friend

    I was wondering how lawyers acomadate for laws changing fairly quickly in the USA

    • @JobAttorney
      @JobAttorney  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I can't speak for other attorneys, but in our practice we keep our field of expertise very, very narrow. This allows us to stay well versed in our little world of laws.

    Dude I'm Hispanic and have a pink face. Please be more detailed in your definition of Caucasian. That was offensive. Thanks

      He was describing himself… if you have a pink face, it’s a shared characteristic. “Hispanic” is from Spain and considered Caucasian.
