Like for an airplane, "a tube with bird wings whizzing thousands of meters above the ocean and mountains and densely populated cities. What could go wrong?" I am afraid of heights and this attraction is a nightmare for people like me. Even if I didn't have this fear, I wouldn't go to something like this in my life. It just looks extremely dangerous. I don't care that everyone probably claims how solid it is. There are various accidents and if something happens there, there is no way to survive.

Not saying the US gov isn't corrupt or anything, but they've pretty much denied people of their human rights and acted as victims for many, many years. I'm assuming you live in the States. Why do you think your parents left China in the first place? Although you could argue things have changed since decades back, all they've done is mask the corruption with modern technology and advanced cities. There's nothing bad with liking China and their people, but if you wholeheartedly feel that standing up to the CCP is "bad" then you really need to reevaluate your beliefs.

Their completely formal mindset makes them consider things only from an appearance standpoint: if something LOOKS like say a kitchen blender then it's a kitchen blender, the fact that it should also accordingly work well and even work for some years is not part of the problem. On the safety side...meh...they are so many, never really cared about loosing a few. Consider that to this day (seriously) external maintenance work on buildings as tall as 20-25 floors is done by BAMBOO SCAFFOLDING with people working on it...seen it with my eyes in Hong Kong and outskirts of Beijing.
I saw them on Instagram but the post didn't have a location and all the comments were on Korean... I have been searching google for days to find were they where located. Thanks South China Morning Post!

It looks beautiful. I bet you get a very amazing wide view of the landscape while on the top. I'm afraid of heights but also have asthma so I probably wouldn't be able to go. But if I was ok to do so and had the opportunity, I think I would try it. Sometimes you can't resist certain moments in life, especially when they involve something fun. I missed out on a few fun things because I was too scared. Guess what happened? My grandma, brother, and dad all went out to a amusement park on halloween. I was young, and a child. I was invited but I said no because of two reasons. I was scared and I didn't want my Mom to be alone at home. I worried. So I said no. And guess how that impacted me? It turns out after that event; my grandma got cancer and was dying. It was my last opportunity to spend time with my grandmother before she passed away.
