Lychee Rose Glass Jelly Cake 荔枝玫瑰果冻糕

I love the flavour combination of this Lychee Rose Jelly Cake. I hope you like it!
Ingredients 材料：
Inside jelly layer 内部果冻层
1 can lychee 1罐荔枝
500ml (lychee syrup + water, room temperature) 500毫升（荔枝糖浆+水，室温）
30 grams caster sugar 30克细砂糖
2.5 grams agar-agar powder 2.5克燕菜粉
2.5 grams jelly powder 2.5克果冻粉
40 grams coconut milk or milk of choice 40克椰奶或您选择的牛奶
5 dried rose 5朵干玫瑰
Clear pink jelly layer 清澈的粉红色果冻层：:
80 grams caster sugar 80克细砂糖
8 grams jelly powder 8克果冻粉
600 ml water, room temperature 600毫升水，室温
Colour 颜色：
1/2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder 1/2茶匙火龙果粉
1 tablespoon hot water 1汤匙热水

You had mentioned that the syrup + water is 500ml but in measuring cup is 600ml? 🤔
