I mean it kind of makes sense as GBA games are obviously much larger than Gameboy or Nes games and so you can fit more of them on a card than GBA games. In a way its impressive that there included any GBA games at all and not just the standard stock Fake NES libraries that all of these knock-off always come with.
My cousin gave me one of these GBA cartridges with about ~100 games. It only had 5 GBA games, all of which are Naruto games. The thing is, I don't like Naruto and all of them were in Japanese. Well at least the NES games played well and they were just the originals, not weird hacks.

No on TH-cam has reviewed that cart yet. The 7 are supposed to be NES Classic series Ports of of the NES Zeldas, Link's Awakening, both oracle Games, ALttP+4SowrdAdventures and The Minish Cap.
Ya I could easily see Zelda, Zelda 2, Link's Awakening all fitting on a single GBA cart, maybe even with the Oracle games as well. Sadly my ancient GBA finally died last year, so I can't try it. Old tank survived child me falling down concrete stairs with it, lost a chunk out of the front right side, screen was scratched and scuffed to hell but it kept going until old age finally claimed it. A modern phone couldn't survive a tenth of what that old beast went through with my clumsy ass lol, when do we get our Switch Phones made out of old school Nintendium? I'm not well versed on the limitations of the GBA cart storage but from my understanding the GBA is comparable to, but slightly weaker than the SNES in most areas. So with that in mind, I think fitting Minish Cap and the GBA version of ALTTP on one cart is stretching feasibility. Unless I'm mistaken the ALTTP port would be a fair bit larger than the original version due to including audio of Link's grunts from Ocarina, without even taking the 4 Swords side game into account and that also adds a pair of new side quests into ALTTP itself, the latter of which features a new dungeon with palette swapped amped up bosses which would take up more space as individual assets than just copying the original forms verbatim if I'm not mistaken. I could see a pared down ALTTP with the 4 Swords mode removed being able to fit on the same cart as Zelda 1, 2 and Link's Awakening though. Not sure if Minish Cap is bigger or smaller but assuming it's comparable to the SNES Zelda, I can see it being possible to fit on a cart with the old games. Zero Mission includes NEStroid after all. Actually come to think of it I could get behind a pair of re-released collections. Call one the Nintendo Zelda classics pack or something, containing Zelda 1, 2, Link's Awakening and ALTTP. Call the second the Zelda Capcom collection, containing both Oracle games with full linking compatibility just by linking saves and Minish Cap. Make the Oracle link features something where you can link your own saves from the two or you can link your friend's saves using either the old password system or a new wifi option. The Nintendo set has enough content to justify a slightly below full price release, the Capcom set features less content but a competent modernization of the Oracle link features without breaking the original mechanics would be worth the same price in my eyes.

The physics and user created levels are far better. Very few people can actually make a good Mario level. Meanwhile a lot of people can create Little Big Planet levels that rival Media Molecule.

One of my relatives in China actually bought me one of those in the early 2000s. The "flagship" games were all fake - Pokémon Yellow was a platformer with Pikachu where if you press start, you will freeze where you are but can still float using the arrow keys while being invulnerable to damage, so you could just press start and hold right to clear everything. There were also some legit arcade games, one that you control a bird to bonk other birds spawning from the ground, one called spelunker, and that nuts and milk game. Sadly kid me was not pro enough a gamer to beat them but they were entertaining enough.

@@zeroattentiongaming820 Also from what I have seen, the reviews are good to for those carts in particular. So maybe they actually work and have care put into them. But I dunno.

"Saved data is corrupted." screen does not affect your saves lol. They're all European ROMs, the Mario Advance trilogy checks if your selected chosen game's save is corrupted. (Outdated)
Since they're within an unlicensed game pak and shows that error. Your saves are still fine.
I'm guessing he didn't play far enough to truly find out. In that case the gba games are the only redeeming quality, the NES games on the other hand run horribly.

This cartridge was just delivering the experience of browsing Mario Maker levels before that game came out 👏
Yeah and I wasn't that impressed with Mario Maker. I enjoyed the Nintendo created levels in the 3DS version and yet they were a bit meh in Mario Maker 2. The Wii U first Mario Maker didn't even have a single player mode. Personally, I prefer Little Big Planet and Media Molecule far more than Maker and Nintendo. The physics and user created levels are far better. Very few people can actually make a good Mario level. Meanwhile a lot of people can create Little Big Planet levels that rival Media Molecule.
@@Deadsea_1993 tbf you have a point. I love the LittleBigPlanet series
14:47 Call me crazy, but "Paint Your Wagon" sounds like a Double Dragon Google Translate romhack.
I mean, the title sounds like "Double Dragon" but sent through Google Translate about a dozen times.
I think Luigi finally rolled over on Mario for all the Goomba, Koopa and Bowser murders, possession of shrooms with intent to distribute, driving under the influence, road rage, animal abuse, spousal abuse(ever wonder why Peach was always getting away from Mario?), false identities, job titles and tax evasion. Now he's in witness protection and goes by Louis.
Mario's 'pipe' has always been poking up. That's why he goes through all that crap to save Peach.

I think Wagon is a mispelling of Wagan (which itself, is a mispelling of Wagyan, which itself, is a character from a Japan-exclusive game series.
I don't think the creator got the reference.
I feel like Peter Falk should be reading this guy a story.
Sadly, I don't think Hardball for the Commodore 64 is on this cartridge.
Hey now. There was a game called Gears of War on that game selection screen. You can't just skip that. Granted it's probably a hacked Mario or Adventure Island or other NES game but it would be nice to know what it was. Still Great Job! :)
I actually used to own the cartridge, and the "save data corrupted" screen never meant anything. All my saves were completely fine up until I eventually lost the game cart.

Those Alvin-voiced freaks.
Why do ANY of us remember them?
Not gonna lie. I thought those THINGS were supposed to be the McdonaldLand Gremlins for some reason.

6:56 Pallet swap doesn't mean changing the textures. Those are texture swaps. Mario and Luigi were pallet swaps in the first NES game. They used the same texture, but different color pallets. Scorpion and Sub-Zero were also pallet swaps.
