Such a beautiful appartmenthouse and so many well thought details in the house, thank you for the tour Ariel.
Oh no Danny I missed Ariel’s livestream, i’m so heartbroken I want to cry!😭
@@Firestorm055x I understand that, I missed you too in chat, but it will be more to come for sure ! 😃
@@Daniel-yb7mx
I hope so! I love Ariel’s livestreams they are so interesting.😃
my favorite was the libraryand the main bedroom wasn't bad either!😅😊
@@LAbee333 I have a hard time to choose my favorites, but those are good picks from you 😃😎
I have watched a few house tours in NYC, but they have all been modern interiors. It nice to see a more traditional interior for a change.
Beautiful home Ariel, and ty Jorge for inviting us in!
yep! excellent!
The vibe in this journey is so cool. I am chilling to it! Thanks for the relaxing time!
Ariel you do such a a fine job filming I forget it's you on your phone. This is a very bright & beautiful home. Dick Shaw? was Ethel Merman's crazy son in 1963's IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD. 😄
cozy warm and spectacular! 🛏️ 🛋️ 🛌 someone will appreciate it I'm sure!💝
For 15.99 million, it's a steal. beautiful building. ❤
so much fun Ariel- thank you!
Ariel one of the best TH-camrs!
I really appreciate that!
Welcome back Ariel..wow what a beautiful building
This house has been for sale for many years, it cost 35 million and has not been sold for more than a decade (you can see it). 64th Street is beautiful, but the house needs a lot of work to update it. I like traditional, but esri is too much for my liking. I suppose that for this reason and some others that I don't know, it doesn't sell.
love 💕 love love
Just perfect 👌
I really enjoyed your Athens episodes Ariel. Thank you so much 🇬🇷
Looking very nice.😊
Mmm. Nice architecture. Not crazy about the decor but that’s an easy fix.
Some of the rooms and original details are quite impressive, however the 90's "upgrades" such as bathrooms and furniture do not blend well with the original features, perhaps that's why the house wasn't landmarked, if it had too many alterations.
I have to agree with you. The refurb is at odds with the architecture.
16M polly pocket house, out dated faux-chateau style , without a backyard .... facade is gorgeous tho, LOCATION IS A DREAM
I hope you make a video about Istanbul too.
Lenox Hill is not Upper East Side. Realtors like to stretch area designations to "booost: the orestige of an address, Lenoz Kill is fine without being included in the UES.
nightmary 😱😱
U always go to pretty places
I only read the title of this vid. And I can tell you what you see on the outside is not necessarily what you see on the inside. NY is very old and plumbing and electrical as well as general maintenance is rarely what you would expect. Versailles? Maybe following the revolution.
Awesome place. I want to buy it. But I'm short of 15.9 million. Ariel can you lend me the rest from all your Stream revenue😮😅
What avenues is it between E.64th &….
64th and Lexington
Are you still hunting for a new pad?
filicitation ❤❤
Ive been to Versaille before. Im just saying.
The flowery, boldly-colored walls are a bit too much. Nice, but overdone.
But otherwise you’d get it, huh?
00:05 "can you stand really awkward in the background while I do the intro? thx"
Almost threw up once he walked in
Regardless how beautiful this property is, I prefer to watch it in a video taken properly by professional videographer instead of someone being distracted by the conversation and flipping the cell phone all around and back & forth so quickly in same pace as where the host looked. That makes viewer dizzy and causing nausea ..... p
Nothing, really nothing to do with Versailles. Its honestly horrible !
I’m switching my realtor if I’m dealing with Jorge for a $16M purchase. Shady guy who knows nothing.
