I've been waiting years for the old Digital Press Retro guide to come back in print but it never has. This NES book looks really well done and exactly what I was looking for regarding NES rarity and accessibility.

Oh boy, what good times those were... (Excuse my caveman English, I'm not so sure if what I wrote is... understandable, jajajaja). Keep up the good work. "The NES library is arguably the most varied in videogame history" Would be a pretty short argument me thinks, there's plenty of systems with much bigger and more varied libraries. For 8 bit systems it's up there but the Spectrum eclipses it with around 10 000 games alone not including apps. Every type of game the NES has the Speccy has and then some. Still this looks like a decent reference book, hopefully it'll get worldwide distribution. With shipping the price is a bit steep for me in the UK (I'm guessing around 100 dollars). Sort of thing I'd snap up in a heartbeat though if I could pay around 20-30 quid from a UK seller.

I've never really seen anything that made me go "wow, I need to have that game\see that movie\hear that music\whatever". You'll be glad to hear this book changes that. I also bought Family Computer 1983 - 1994 at The Gaming Historian's suggestion, but it is now in mail purgatory - Canada's Undeliverable Mail Office in Ottawa - more than likely never to be seen again. That gives me more of an incentive to buy this one! But yeah, I'll be checking in for an update on international shipping. :)
