First, have a look at the subjects you have got lower grades in. If it is non essential subjects like English or Nepali, just tell that I was slightly weak in the subjects related to language.
If you have got lower score in any of the major subjects, then tell the exact reason why you got distracted.
Could be that you were involved in the Football as a Captain thought the high school. Or you studied online and that effected your marks in high school but you scored really well in grade 10.
So figure out the reason based on your profile.
