    너무 이뻐서 바로 만들어봤는데 너무 맛 있었어요! 이쁘고 도움이 되는 영상 감사합니다.
    그리고 제누와즈에 크림 바르기 전에 시럽 안바르는 이유가 있을까요? 다른 케익레시피에서는 촉촉해지게 시럽을 발랐던데 이건 왜 없나 싶어서요.

      시럽을 뿌리면 시트가 많이 촉촉해 지는데 크림이 생크림보다 조금 더 단단한 크림치즈 크림이고 중간에 젤리 층도 들어가서 모양이 잘 유지 될 수 있게 시럽은 생략했어요~
      시럽을 뿌리면 더 촉촉하긴 하지만 그냥 제누와즈만 먹어도 부드럽답니다~😊

    덕분에 시엄니 생일 케이크로 만들어서 온가족 맛있게 먹었어요. 그런데 젤리부분에서 자르는게 난이도가 좀 높았어요 ㅠㅠ 결국 무너져내렸지만요.. 잘 잘리는 꿀팁 있을까요?

      맛있게 드셨다니 다행이에요♡
      아무래도 포도가 조금 단단한 편이라 젤리 속에서 자르기가 쉽지는 않더라구요~
      특별한 방법은 따로 없고 포도가 완전히 잘 잘려야 하기 때문에 포도가 있는 부분은 천천히 앞뒤로 움직이며 자른 것 같아요~
      아무래도 잘 드는 칼을 사용하는게 제일 좋더라구요~

    근데요.. 전 왜 시트지 윗면이 항상 터지는걸까요..ㅠ 많이 잘라내야돼서 엉망돼요. 옆구리도 뻣뻣하고요.. 몇번 만든 이후로 도전을 접었어요. 참, 버터슈가번 만들었는데 주변반응 최고였어요. 쿠킹트리님표 라고 소문도 냈네요.ㅎ

      아직도 부족한 부분이 많이 있답니다~
      케이크 시트는 반죽 상태에 따라 완성품이 다르게 나오는데 윗면이 터지는 건 반죽이 부드럽게 섞이지 않았거나 오븐 온도가 너무 높아서 그럴 수 있을 것 같아요~
      오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 나서 케이크의 상태를 보며 조절해야하더라구요~
      버터슈가번 맛있게 드셨다니 다행이에요~^^
