AC 230v powerful permanent magnet motor without controller

This is a special type ac permanent magnet motor which is running directly with 230v AC supply and it has no controller
The motor has 4 stator poles and 4 rotor poles
The 230v stator coils are taken from air break contactor
Here a speaker magnet is used as a rotor
A dual read switch is used to control the motor
The max rpm measured 3000rpm.
