I just read this question again. If you mean your wall general and assistant are both in ache gear. Then no. Do not do that assistants never get gear, they are not active ever.
Keep building t1. Need atleast 125m. With 500k layers from t2-t9 everything t10 and up 1m. Get a good wall general like boudica and Dewey is a good assistant til you come across a premium

Yes and yes, you can not build multiple civ gear. Just fragments to amplify. Yes debuffs will stack from gear to gear.

I need help im trying to figure out how to build a good ground defense keep i like ground troops and got alot morw of them than others
Let me take a look at the wall generals. Are you f2p, low spender or high spender? Are you going with a t1 trap?
