@USA-U4U-OHIO so these newer generals are stronger with just 1-3 stars because they have covenants and their specialities are higher. But look at the generals. The 3rf star is important because that's usually the easiest to get to and usually where most people get stuck. But most of the time that star adds march size, speed or rally size. Merlin is a good example. Just 1 star on him adds alot of attack. Makes him better than an awakened minamoto.

@TJ-bv yea, it's all about sign up power, but there are still players out there that are my size with t15 and much bigger buffs , so I need to lower my power to get better match ups

@ oh yes I agree with you on reading reports and unfortunately dismissing troops. I was just about to do the same thing. I will say I wish evony showed you the power that was sent in the report not just power lost by them. Like I'm 3.2b and I had an arch rally on me that was 2.1b. I got pissed that the exchange was almost even bc I was ghosting all cavs. they took 950m vs 1.3b lost so idk if I should dismiss some mid troops or not be mad bc the power coming at me was so much

@ also I'm surprised you don't have t15. You been k40 for a few months? I know they are super expensive. Do you have farms or do you use aptoide?

For sub generals you only want the debuff. Since the buff only applies to the troops in that sub. And usually that is not alot of troops especially after being attacked

@FrosteeDraco it's trial of knights event, dismiss them and get your blood back and use it where you need it or save it.

@josephmaloney9565 depends on how far you can go. If you can only get to level 20 no if you can get to level 35-40 yes. You will get more gold and I believe more of the upgrading tokens, along with the viking chest. Let me see if I can find what each level reward is

@@josephmaloney9565 so level 35 of hell gives you 208 war chest, 348 rescue chest 3 lv4 skill book chest and 8 forge certificate

And 893 refining stones. But if you complete hard you get. 200 war chest 200 rescue chest 500 stones 3 skill books lv4. And 10 forge tickets

So if you can get to level 37 or 38 hell that will have better rewards than the hard and you will get more medium viking hold chest. Than you do from hard. The war chest are what drop the march speeds and march size and those are very valuable to me atleast

But yea, siege like everything works great but it's all dependent on where you are with your in city buffs and debuffs. If I ghost my t14 siege I do very well against a T11 siege bomb up to 3k buffs solo and 2500 rally with 20-25m joining.

@ c4 all stars, battlefields all I faced was 5k attack from every rally range,siege mount an ground, 15b keeps are zeroed in one shot the game has become crazy

@blastron17 so you saw an even stronger buff, that doesn't make 4k small or weak. I have seen 40m rallies also. But 5k is crazy I've heard it but haven't seen it yet. 42-4300 is the biggest I've seen

@khtienhung none really, it's refining the gear you have, no gear has flat buffs on it, which is what you need. I'd have to look but I'd probably say a full parthian could be better. I'll look today or tomorrow and run some numbers and get a half @ss answer 😆 🤣 cause I don't believe there is a right answer honestly. But no matter what gear you have, flat mounted or ground HP (depending on your wall) refines need to be on your leg armor and helmet.

@@BluesEvony ya sure, but still even if you build wrong just make more of the ones you are supposed to have and not delete. i think he mentioned a few times worried about power level for battlefield matchups but he doesn't have enough troops that he can't get to the appropriate levels of other teirs/types without going up more than a few bil in power i wouldn't think.

Never Dismantle your troops.. Fill your hospital and then deserter Then check your death to soul ratio. Eg if it's 80% send ( without general)1.6 M higher troops and 400k t1s to a tile . Ask someone to attack, 400k t1s will be killed and rest will go to your holy palace. Hope it helps. Zion

@Merchantofhope. there seems to be a lot of confusion. I have been studying my reports and others reports. There are 2 reasons I need to dismiss troops. 1. To lower my power for better match ups in the upcoming ultimate season. 2. I am taking unnecessary point loss on troops that are not killing anything, not serving any purpose and increasing my overall power.

@georgiogreat oh yea, I get all my sub gear to 5 gold stars. It's well worth the gold. That's another thing I need to talk about is getting gold. People over look vikings and golden goblins a lot but they drop so much gold for very little stamina usage

@@BluesEvony very true. gold goblins has always been my way to get massive amounts of gold. using android and an app you can flip your phone horizontaly and scan the area much more faster and much more wider. one rule for getting 2ble drop rate from goblins : use theodora, bird of huricane and dragon ring for maximizing 2ble drop rate. i got 14b gold and i have nothing to do with it atm. So what happened with the armor, did u made the comparison ?

They changed rewards in gather troops and kings path. Also in civilization quest event they put better general in the reward chest, but that's only on some servers right now. They added lucky hunters box to get supremacy frags easier. There are lots of changes. I don't care only about defense, but to me it's very important. If I'm in a battle and don't have to ghost or port away and can concentrate on reading scout reports and doing rallies I can get better points. Also spirit beast seals and sub general gear improve defense the best next to wall general gear. Alot more than blazons do. Blazons are important but they are more attack focused

No. Cav wall works significantly better than ground wall. I've seen it proven time and time again

@dolodynamite7100 I'm using Isaac Brock and Leo. I'm almost convinced it's all about your gear, refines, layers and buffs and very little about generals. Some people swear it doesn't matter what general you use. They put blue generals from the tavern on their wall 😆 I don't know if I'd go that far though. I believe every little bit helps.

i'm a lvl40 and a cav-heavy rally boss. i can solo b21s so i am a juicy target for 44s. your advice is correct, but, for me, i focus on cav debuffs mostly

aethelflead (awakened) and almost fully amplified rurik gear. 200%, Haakon assistant, march buff and t15s for a total of 803mil power. i take damage but a kill is a kill

@krisyallowega5487 I strongly agree, there are 3 ways to play this game. F2p, low/mid coiner and whale. Each one is very different. I'm in the low to mid class and I just dismissed my 10 star boudica for my 8 star Brock because me reports were better because I needed the BOA. I got Lu xan 10 stars but he still isn't better than my 8 star suchet. LOL 😆. It's all about testing but not wasting. Now lu xan is on my senate getting me 16% ground att plus some.

@@BluesEvony Thanks for the reply, there are times that people don't "get where I am coming from," or where I am going with my comments. Look at the Events, it is about using "stuff" not using "stuff" on a particular General.

@krisyallowega5487 you're welcome , this is a difficult game and an easy game. It's really a numbers game. But there is no one way works for all. You need to figure out your way and adjust accordingly and build on your strengths and on your weaknesses

@sportswithfistaz065 I definitely believe in buffs over power, like doing research instead of building troops. I'm a k40 at MA5 an my mounted att is over 2500 now. My ground att, and hp is 2300 and 2200. Range is the same. But I don't have t15 yet. I'm doing very good without it but I am working towards t15 though now

@FrozenByFire if you are in a small alliance yes, but every server I have been on I tell everyone it will benefit you to join a top5 alliance to kill bigger monsters. Also to get those lucky hunter boxes you can kill sphinx5 I'm doing that on an account I built that's only 489m power barely any money in it. I have t13 cav. It's all about spending in the right places and getting buffs up.

@@BluesEvony I can do Sphinx 5, didn't know they were available for the boxes. And I'm not leaving my small alliance, we are 15-1 in our last 16 battlefields. I'd rather be a part of a winner than join some big paid alliance and have to run from K44's in battlefield. That's not a fair fight for a free player.

@FrozenByFire I'm not disagreeing. I'm going to my farm alliance for ultimate season because the mat huns we get are ridiculous. We actually won today. But yes, b15, sphinx5, warlord5, witch5 all get hunter boxes. Those are pretty easy to kill. Good luck!!

Yup, I see it on my other server. I have an account on a newer server and it doesn't have the new event or the new general chest. You can try writing customer service but most likely they will not care.
