My daughter suffered for a long time having migraines, seizures, sight fluctuations. She had all kinds of tests at a children’s hospital. If one day I had not determined that her headache was out of control and her seizures were intensifying she would not be wove today. There needs to be so much more education. My daughter ended up with a massive aneurysm, that needed a clip. She suffered a stroke during her surgery. I’m just glad that she had an amazing team that saved her life and today she is doing awesome.

Being a parent, I’m afraid of this happening. People “above” you not taking you seriously when they’re the only way to save your kid. I’d say everyone should get enough medical experience to be a doctor but that’s just impossible.

I also survived a brain aneurysm a couple of years ago. I blew my nose and felt like an electric ⚡️ bolt hit the top of my head and go down my spine. It took my breath away and then I became extremely hot. I called 911 and the medics said I looked fine other than my BP being a bit high. I insisted they take me to the hospital. Once I got there, I don’t know what happened until I woke up from surgery.

I was 8 weeks pregnant, when i felt & heard a pop inside of my head. An undiagnosed aneurysm had ruptured. I could no longer feel/move my left side of my body. I knew I was dying. I was taken to the hospital, where my family was given little hope. I had suffered a SAH & had pressure on my brain.

I've had a popping sensation a handful of times in my life and never got an MRI. It would happen if i moved to quick or erratically. The last time i told myself i would and never did.
Well, i just had a bigger pop and sharp pain when i was putting the dishes away. Left side on my brain above my ear. It's such a scary feeling. You can't do anything about it. It's deep in your brain and you know it is something popping. When i was younger i never heard of an aneurysm. I'm 49 and in denial of my age and drinking habit. I drink wine every night and act like i'm invincible.
I am kinda freaking out now. Scared to go to sleep since i might not wake up. I don't have any other symptoms but praying to Jesus and hoping I can make it through ok. Hopefully i can make it to the VA tomorrow. I believe in Jesus but i don't have a relationship with him. That is unfortunate to say the least. I kept procrastinating about reading the Bible. I procrastinate about everything. It will be the death of me, pun intended but its true.
I literally know a guy who died recently this same way. It's scary to think of it as a popping sensation but that is exactly what it is. Scary that our bodies are so complex and yet you can have a faulty valve or hose blow at any time. I knew it was going to happen and i pray i can have time to get an MRI very soon!
Surgery is scary in itself!!!!! Brain and heart surgery are the worst.

some people were told by their doctor to not worry or they have no clue what it is. by now it should be a known phenomenon, not a mystery!!!

I suffered from migraines for over a year. I might go to the doctors finally to get the surgery done. My mom thought I had a brain tumor because I said my migraine feels like a big rock in my head. Then we got the scan and everything was fine. I got a stroke only once I still remember that day I never had a stroke in my life pretty scary things innit. After that I just had to be on medications for a long time. Well im happy for you ! I really hate migraines.

I suffered a ruptured aneurysm in the V4 artery in January 2020. Woke me right out of bed. Felt and sounded like a gun blast. Fast forward to November 2021, suffered a TIA and the left side of my body went numb. Doctor thinks it could be residual from the aneurysm.

I felt a strange popping sensation, accompanied by a sharp pain in the right side of my brain While driving to work this morning. I have felt sharp pains in my brain before, but never anything quite like this. Aneurysm was the first thing that popped in my mind no pun intended. I felt a strange sensation on the right side of my head like cool water behind my ear.
I’m actually very worried this could be something serious. I Have been keeping an eye on things and hoping nothing worsens.

I list my husband due to brain aneurysm, he had never been sick or anything..He was a weight lifter all his life and one day got a terrible headache and turn ash color and ambulance came and started giving all kinds of meds and shots saying he was having a heartache and the air vac met them at the air port and lifted him to a bigger town and when we got there he was in ER and they let me in and he was talking to the doctor as they were giving him sight test and when I walked in he said this is my wife and kissed me and said I love you..then doctor said this man is over medicated and order a shot of Narcan and when he stuck the needle in his neck, he went in to convolute and they run me out I never saw him alive again,,,The dr said maybe he could operate and he night make it through it or not, He always told ..me he never wanted to live on a machine so when they said operate the kids and I decided to try it but he didn't make it only had the life support on for a few hours and we had it removed he lasted 2 hrs after that.
