Her acting in the episode, “Paradise Lost” is absolutely brilliant. Hands down the best/craziest episode of the series. Great to see Sofia really transform herself as the lead. Definitely a career milestone performance.
Man I was catching my breath after that episode. Sofia is truly amazing, and I hope she gets more diverse characters to play.

Incredible series and the change in Sophia’ character was believable, especially knowing that everything got insane when “ crack” was used as opposed to powder….Gieselda was a monster in Miami and that era, and Sofia performed brilliantly 💯
Great performance! Sofia has excelled herself in this film. I relished every moment with heightened emotions. I moved from empathizing to despising her character. It's fantastic how they humanized Griselda by revealing her struggles and imperfections! Excellent film!

I would love to see Sofia in another role like this. She suits playing those kind of characters really well.
But the real Griselda didn't turn into a monster just because of the events in Miami. She was a drug queen before, in New York. She also committed horrific crimes at home in Columbia. Even as a minor (11 yr), she kidnapped a child for ransom, which she killed when she was not paid. This time of her life, omitted in the series, explains a lot. Especially why she wanted to be the "queen of Miami" so much and didn't start a new life without the drug business after fleeing to Miami (as she promised her friend from a travel agency).
Sophia did a incredible job. I loved it.

The show did not tell the story how it really was . Sophia did the best she could with what they wrote but Griselda was a sociopathic psychopathic cold blooded gangster. The crying and emotional moments were not true in that woman's nature and personality. For the most part of the storyline they made Griselda look like some sort of punk when she was not in real life. There were many other things that are not true on this show.
Lmao. Well in real life yeah she was very irrational. Like most women just move off of emotions. That’s why she was so reckless and ruthless. So I guess they captured the wrong female emotion.

The series was awesome but a bit far from her real character as she was a ruthless killer since age of 11 when she kidnapped a same age boy and killed him. She ordered and killed more than 290 ppl but some sources also says it was more than 1000, lots of innocent men, women, children. Also she was ugly ah.

Great series! so much tension. But the finale was such an anti-climax.
Wait…. but she killed her husband before that, so it’s not her first time killing but this scene implied that… a bit disconnected. But that’s okay, I still loved this show, and Sofia was absolutely amazing.
No it was different because now she is killing for a different reason
She meant that as “Sofia” that she had never killed anyone in a scene perhaps they shot that before

Am eager to watch this but even the thumbnail is hard to look at when her face looks so hacked up by plastic surgery it's distracting. She is beautiful, why the hell can't she just let her face age normally, she'd be even more gorgeous than Sophia Loren (who aged amazingly til she too caved in to the evils of plastic surgery)

Its prosthetic, I think they did their best to make her look like the real Griselda, thevreal one looked like pure evil.

That's why she looks weird as Griselda
But like her self in the actual video interview and her side picture
Sofia looks phenomenal for 52 , she looks like Sofia Vergara
She didn't do surgeries, they had to make her look older and more like the real Griselda
Well dont spoil the damn scene, I still haven't seen it
