Thank you for sharing, i have looked and looked for this information but no one had posted this until i ran into your video. 70kw per day is little high and good to know.

I'm not understanding something. 02:30 --> 72 kWh per day? In Tucson, the avg monthly electric bill for residential customers is 1,330 kWh. 1330 / 30 days = 44 kWh/day for a house. Anyway, if you could add 8 solar panels on the roof with an inverter, that could be around 2.5 kW/Hr. Arizona gets 6.5 solar hours per day. 6.5 x 2.5 = 16.25 kWh per day.

Well, in Sacramento, SMUD Summer rates are: Off-Peak Midnight - noon $0.1425 kWh; Mid-Peak Noon - 5 p.m. $0.1967 kWh ; Peak 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. $0.3462 kWh. Lots of homeowners have solar PV with net-metering electricity buy-back. Typical PV system here is 4-6 kw, with an installation cost of $2.50 - $3.00 per watt.

Wow. That is a lot of energy. About 2190 kw per month.

I heard how much you use and what you would pay in NC and CommieFornia, but not what you paid where you are, so?
