I just walked around these in France for 2 weeks, up and down cobble stoned hills, between 10 and 20 thousand steps per day. They were so comfortable the whole time and I have troubled feet and arthritis. I love them. 56 year old woman. I also felt that they were not that unstylish for a tourist. I had a spring in my step the whole time.
Can’t say for the Hokas but I’ve owned 2 pairs of the free hiker. Crazy comfortable but the waterproofing failed really quick. Around 6 months. Thats why I’m looking at these
I would never buy a waterproof shoe. They breathe less and take forever to dry. I had rather my feet get wet knowing the shoe will dry dramatically faster. The only time I might change this mindset would be in a super cold environment. I only learned this when I started doing long, multi day hikes.
Hi, thanks for that. How does the sizing of this boot compare with the Solomon GTX? I have had a couple of pairs of the Solomon's and take a size bigger in that boot than I would in some boots. Would I need the same size in this as in Solomon?
The heel wings seem like a very bad idea on technical trails. I would like to see brands to make the front sturdier rather than inflating the cushioning.

These shoes cured my metatarsal pain from hiking, absolutely love them.
Hi, is it ok for winter season?
Would they be good for long periods of standing🧍♂️ (are they very cushiony)❓️
How would these compare to the adidas free hiker? I need something that can transition from outdoor to urban settings.

Is this good for summer\coastal hikes?
How come my local Road Runner sports does not carry these?

Sorry, I should add that the reason for asking is that there are some on offer online, which of course I can't try on.
I own this shoe and I can tell you the waterproofing rubbish and the durability terrible, other than those two issues I really like these boots …

Good one too see this
Nice shoes
All these shoes and boots are overpriced
That's because you are poor.
Too over price and weight.
