I'd have to disagree actually. Op was angry at the time of sending the message to Sophie and for good reason. Op even apologized in spite of what Sophie did. Sophie made her relive a traumatic experience and that's extremely unfair and cruel. To me it was the husband and Nadia that rushed to speak up and tell everyone about the situation.
