When he talked about COVID Fog, I literally cried because when you talk to people about it they look at you like you are crazy, my job assumed I was tripping. I still am recovering and it's a slow process. The amount of things in your head that go away after COVID is unreal, I had to write stuff down. When I went back to work, I couldn't remember my log-ins, sitting in front of my computer, I had a panic attack because I couldn't remember what I did at my job. I was really embarrassed

Your mama was there when you were 2 and got pneumonia, or when you weren't sleeping enough as an infant, or when you began acting up in class...she was there and is a professional at handling your mess. Look I get it, sometimes it's best to handle your own business, but if you're sick or in trouble, call your damn mama. The love you allow her to express to you in those moments of vulnerability is way more valuable than thinking being alone will somehow save her from stress.
