That pool was deep! Before I read the title I was watching this and was like remembering Flip or Flop when Christina said that pool was like 14 feet deep! The house was in El Monte. And I was thinking, is this house in El Monte? And then just read the description. LOL. Talk about weird! They must live deep pools in El Monte!
How much does it cost for the project ? I have an updated pool but is getting annoying with service water cost energy cost space and motor noise roughly how much does it cost
Hello! Depends on the city requirements. There is two ways to do a demolition, 1. Is a full removal of the shell for structural use. 2. If we don't remove the sides and just the top and do drainage holes it means it will only be used for landscaping.

What can you build on a partial demo?
Hi. Thanks for your video.
Just wanted to ask...so it's not important to remove the side walls of the pool, just the concrete floor?
Thanks.

How long it would take you to get the permit?
Some are over the counter. Normally 1-4 weeks here in LA.
