  • GE recently completed the installation and commissioning of GE’s TM2500 at Bahamas Power and Light’s (BPL) Blue Hills facility in New Providence, Bahamas. The TM2500 mobile aeroderivative gas turbine was installed in just 42 days and will supply up to 34 MW, enough energy to power the residential consumption of between 12,000 and 18,000 customers, and is expected to help reduce power outages and eventually facilitate the connection of more renewable generation. #GEPower
