Although here are given dimensions
Sheets: 8.5 inches x 6.5 inches
Outer PVC pipe: 4.5 inch length and half inch diameter...
Inner pipe: 4 inches... And diameter is just fitted in oute pipe and should have enough friction such that it can hold the weight of your device...
